the place is clean and would be perfect for someone who eats out. we came for bodybuilding show and needed to prep meals and kitchen was a bit small for us. there were no wifi and no laundry. so if you staying longer keep it in mind. but the host was cool with us checking out earlier, we appreciate that. place was super clean and extremely safe with double locks etc.

Angelique was a great host! Professional, kind and offered lots of suggestions for local amenities. The place felt cozy and like home.

I loved this location! It was on the water and the sound of the waves on the rocks below was like magic. If you need a place to get away and relax this is it. There is a mini mart upstairs too with available conveniences. All of the attendants at the mini mart are also very friendly and helpful . The outdoor restaurant was also great, we got food there and togo and both times spectacular. Bartenders friendly and attentive, food very tasty. Location exactly as described, perfect for myself and my husband. Thank you!

Laura’s place is a gem . Beautiful surrounded by nature , quiet , peaceful and Laura makes you feel like family. She’s awesome , so attentive and friendly . We felt as we were visiting family . The rental has all the needed amenities. It’s a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to enjoy as much as we did .

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!

100% recommended. Lissette is an excellent host. The accommodation is very cozy, clean, organized and very comfortable. It met all our expectations. The place is very safe, quiet, easy to access and very relaxing, with a beautiful view.

We arrived to PR late & stayed here 1 night before traveling to stay at one of the islands. It was such a cute/cozy space & exactly as pictured! The only thing I’d recommend is to bring earplugs, especially if you’re arriving late at night- we arrived around 12am, fell asleep about 1:30am, then woke up to very loud yard work at 7am 😅 BUT I’m sure that’s not everyday & I’d still stay again because everything was wonderful otherwise!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!
