Second time staying here and I’m glad to say it hasn’t changed. Had everything I needed. I had a peaceful stay here and slept well. Love also that the room is higher up, so you hear less of the hubbub below. Thankful to Alchie for accommodating my requests and being quick to reply.

Had a great stay! The place is conveniently located near Centrio and Limketkai, which made getting around super easy. The unit was very clean and smelled really nice when I arrived — definitely a plus! I also loved the huge TV, perfect for relaxing at night, and the internet connection was fast and reliable the whole time. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

place is great to stay . friendly staffs at the lobby. very secured because every floors & elevators have cctv. very nearby malls, live bands and calenderias to eat if you're in budget meal. highly recommended!

We still had a great time staying at his unit, though there's a slight problem on the water and it's beyond his control. Sir Nino still managed to provide us water that we need. Fortunately the water connection came back at night. We appreciates the effort Sir Nino gave to us his clients. We enjoyed our staycation.

My parents and I had a great stay in the unit. It was cozy and neat when we arrived. It has cards and jenga for leisure activities to establish camaraderie with friends and family. I am looking forward to this unit by the time we get to visit there again.

Ma'am Grace is a responsive and accommodating host. She quickly resolved my issue when I told her the induction stove is not working. She was also prompt in accommodating our last minute request of getting a paid parking space at the condo. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. For those working from home, the unit's stable connection is a plus, too!

Recently stayed at this condo unit for 7 nights, and it was an absolute delight! The space was impeccably clean, making it a refreshing and comfortable place to unwind. The kitchen was well-designed and spacious, making meal prep effortless and enjoyable, which me, myself really love cooking! I love that there are trash bins all over the place and a separate food waste bin! Beyond the unit itself, Mam Majoy, the owner was fantastic—approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Any inquiries or requests were handled with efficiency and warmth, which added to the overall positive experience. For a week-long stay, comfort and convenience are key, and this unit delivered on both. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.

It's a home away from home

Communication was nice with the Host and he was able to accommodate me because I checked in early and checked out early. Place is located in Uptown CDO and close to the SM uptown mall. I noticed something was broken on the day when I checked in and the Host was able to send someone to repair the broken item on the same day. The only bad thing about my stay is the spotty internet connection which has is out of the host's control. One time when internet was out for almost 2 days when the host showed up and lent me his mobile router and another time when the wifi was not working well. My advice is to use your phone as a mobile hotspot if needed as backup. I used DITO esim service and was pretty cheap or there is a co-worker spot for about 226 pesos for a whole day.

This was my second stay at Catherine’s place, chosen again after a fantastic first experience last year. Once again, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Catherine was incredibly flexible with my early check-in and late check-out requests, making my stay even smoother. I never even considered browsing for other options—her place is my go-to in CDO unless unavailable. She responds quickly and is very accommodating to every request. I highly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with a caring and responsive host.
