A quiet street across from a park. Perfect for remote work or vacation. A short walk to Whole Foods, restaurants, colleges and Allianz field. We live above the basement apartment with our daughter and are available if you have any questions or needs.

Sparrow Suite is a charming 650 sqft basement unit all for you! Its close to everything, walking distance to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, bus stops and colleges...making it easy to plan your visit. It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.
