Gian’s apartment is located in a gorgeous location, with 360° mountain views. Although the town is small, there are still some shops nearby, and some restaurants. Lots of beautiful hikes available in the area. My wife, daughter, and I visited in May, and the apartment can definitely get cold throughout the day, and night time. It is possible to heat the place with firewood, available at DeSpar nearby. The heaters will blow the fuse if operated at the same time, as some other reviews mentioned, but if everything is turned off at night (including the water heater), you can close all doors, and heat one room with the electric heater no problem. Great stay overall with no issues.

Great place to stay. Patrizio was there to do all check in formalities without having any delays. Very nice location to stay with kids and family. We will definitely come here 😊

The place was a bit far from town, thus very peaceful and private. The landlord—Maria, was very kind and easy to reached. The other family members were also welcoming. Overall, I’d recommend anyone who’s coming to Bolzano/the Dolomites to spend some nights here.

The accommodation was excellent, sparkling clean, quiet and cozy. The hostess was totally friendly and was very helpful. The two balconies are awesome, the view is breathtaking. The amenities were impeccable. I'd love to come back. Thanks for everything

We spontaneously decided to stay in the village at noon and sent Robert a request for this Airbnb. After a short time, we had the confirmation and then everything went super uncomplicated. Thank you ☺️

Perfect stay! The house is really very spacious, also ideal for large groups, with three bathrooms that made everything even more comfortable. Your place from Sergio was very nice. In winter with a lot of snow, you need snow chains. You have it very quiet and yet supermarkets can be reached quickly and you can only drive to the Sella Ronda in 15 minutes.

This place is just amazing! You will not regret booking here. Dario, Annalisa’s brother who lives next door, was just so helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of, including a cold local Prosecco in the fridge which was delicious! We explored the vineyards and just relaxed on the terrace. The views are spectacular. We travelled with our three small children and they had the best time. Highly recommend!

The place was so cute and relaxing. Alessandro was very helpful because it was hard to find the place and we called in the middle of the night and he answered the phone and helped us it was really professional. Everything was great.

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. Her home and fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well cared for interiors, comfortable beds that are cozy and clean. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a defect, I could mention the exhaust hood and its light that didn't work and, it was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

Beautiful place, super cozy and clean. Very close to the center and anything available nearby. Super available for any need If we pass through the area again, we'll definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is bright and well decorated, with a private terrace and an underground garage that were very convenient. We also appreciated the shared garden — fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog, and ideal for enjoying the sun on the loungers. The view of the mountains from the garden was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very practical for cooking and included a dishwasher. The smart TV was also a nice touch and very convenient. Leonhard was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The apartment corresponded to the photos, is very centrally located and you can quickly walk to the center of the village.

Alberto was a great host. Always responsive. Apartment is very spacious and has all the that you need. Close to railway station and central Piazza - less than 10 minutes walk. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Bolzano.

We had just finished two weeks of very busy travel in Europe and upon arrival at Villa Pampinuccia, found it to be a quiet and relaxing place to be. We felt right at home. Monica and her husband made us feel welcome immediately. They are are friendly, helpful and offered much information about the area. The apartment is roomy, extremely clean and tidy and really is, a home away from home. Villa Pampinuccia is in a good location to explore the many nearby towns and at most, is a 30 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Bassano del Grappa . To summarise ... Villa Pampinuccia is just perfect!!
