Cottage holiday rentals in Cádiz

Wonderful villa and place. We had everything we needed, all we had to do is just enjoy the villa itself and absorb the nature. All bedrooms were well prepared, towels, plenty of pillows, clean, great size bathrooms, also spotless. Kitchen well equipped, pool towels. The garden is breathtaking, loved that there are 3 spots available for dining. 2 pools are incredible idea and everyone enjoyed possibility to choose outside or inside one. Absolutely gorgeous place. Thank you.

Sitio bastante acogedor para una pareja, en un lugar bastante tranquilo y a un paseo muy agradable a la playa, recomendable.

Repetir en el alojamiento de Laura siempre es un acierto. Es una persona fantástica, siempre atenta a lo que haga falta. Fuimos con nuestra perrita de 13 años sin ningún problema, ya que es parte de la familia y no salimos de casa sin ella. Laura nunca se opuso a pesar de ser una american stafford(que ya sabemos el estigma que hay con estas razas). Amenazamos con volver por tercera vez 😉 Un millón de gracias Laura por dejarnos un sitio tan bonito y tranquilo para descansar y desconectar. Agradecidos estamos de encontrar un alojamiento tan bonito, en un lugar tan tranquilo y tan bien equipado ❤️

Casita muy acogedora y bonita, no le faltaba detalles. Lo que más nos gustó fue el jacuzzi y la chimenea. Buen lugar para desconectar. Lorena muy atenta y respondiendo a todas nuestras dudas. Muy recomendable, repetiremos 100%.

Diego is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with on Airbnb! He allowed a very flexible check in, he is wonderfully communicative and friendly, and very energetic. His country home is a labor of love, and perfect for a family to stay. Unique experience about 10 minutes outside Setenil de las Bodegas, as he has chickens, turtles, turkeys, and all manner of produce growing. The showers were hot, the beds comfortable, and the kitchens well stocked. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing. The one thing is about the third bedroom/loft; it is a VERY short ceiling, so our third couple (who are on the taller side) preferred to sleep on the sofa bed. Would certainly recommend Diego’s home to anyone and would return.

Todo perfecto, la zona exterior muy cuidada y bonita. Fiel al anuncio. no tuvimos ninguna complicación para llegar y acceder y eso que nuestra llegada fue bastante tarde. Nos lo guardamos para repetir.

They helped us to overcome challenges as we checked in during the spanish blackout, but we got full support including some cash as we were running out of it and we could not withdraw cash, risking also an empty fuel tank in the car. BIG THANK YOU!!!

Es gibt diese Unterkünfte, in denen man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt. Die Wohnung von Cristina, die wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) zwei Nächte gebucht hatten, gehört ganz sicher dazu! Mit dazu beigetragen hat sicherlich die persönliche freundliche Begrüßung durch Cristinas Mutter und ihre hilfsbereite Art (als das WLan nicht gleich funktioniert hat, ist sie extra noch einmal gekommen und hat uns gesucht, weil wir eine Runde mit dem Hund gelaufen sind, um uns zu helfen). Zudem ist die Wohnung schön eingerichtet, Lage und Blick sind großartig, der Platz zum Essen gemütlich und die Möglichkeiten vom Haus aus zu laufen, wirklich toll. Ich hoffe, dass wir irgendwann wieder kommen können!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden super nett empfangen und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Garten mit Pool und Blick ins Tal ist herrlich ruhig gelegen und eignet sich perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was macht braucht. Bei Kontaktaufnahme wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

O caminho para chegar à casa tem ruas muito estreitas, mas vale a pena ir até à casa. A casa está praticamente no centro da vila, com acessos pedonais curtos para as zonas mais famosas da vila. A casa em si estava limpa, apesar de alguma loiça estar com pó (é normal). Também estava bem equipada e o quarto é simplesmente maravilhoso, com parte da falésia a fazer de parede e com vista para o ribeiro que atravessa a vila. Recomendo vivamente.

We hebben met veel plezier verbleven in de mooie cottage van Frank en Luisa! Het is gelegen op een privé terrein wat enorm veel rust en ruimte bied. De koeien lopen los over de weg naar de boerderij toe, erg idyllisch!! De cottage is een beetje oud maar wel heel schoon en onderhouden! Geeft echt de landelijke sfeer. De tuin en het zwembad (adembenemend uitzicht) worden erg goed onderhouden en verleent zich echt om helemaal tot rust te komen! Wij gingen heen om het dorp Tarifa te bezoeken, dit is echt een geweldig dorp met het mooiste strand van Europa wat wij gezien hebben! In Los Barrios en Algeciras vonden wij de eet gelegenheden wat somber, maar misschien moeten we beter luisteren naar de adviezen van Frank, haha! De verhuurders willen je overal mee helpen, erg fijn! Bedankt voor het verblijf!

Wir waren mit unserer Hündin für 5 Nächte in Jessicas Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat uns das Navi ein wenig in die Irre geführt. Aber Jessicas Mutter fuhr uns entgegen und hat uns zum Haus gebracht - das war sehr freundlich! Am Anfang war es für die Jahreszeit außergewöhnlich heiß und wir hatten eine schlechte Nacht. Als wir Jessica das geschrieben haben, hat sie angeboten, Ventilatoren zu installieren. Der Bereich ums Haus ist sehr großzügig und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Wir können Jessicas Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Casas de Almajar in July of 2024. My 7yo daughter and I were there along with friends, for a total of two adults and 2-3 kids at any given moment, ages 6-10. This accommodation was perfect for us. The house was cozy and stayed relatively cool during the very hot daytime hours (plus there was an A/C unit we could use when needed). We prepared most of our meals at the house and found that easy to manage with the supplies on hand. The pool was definitely the highlight of the location: it was pristine and extremely pleasant during the hot days. We spent hours there every day. The house is located uphill from most of Prado del Rey so you need to be prepared for some steep, hilly walking when you stay here, but it was only a <5 min walk to the main pedestrian walkway (lined with bars and cafes) or the town square. Juana was very helpful with local information and suggestions, from supermarkets and restaurants to nearby hiking trails. A great place!

Thank you Pepa you were a warm and helpful host. Pepa was very responsive to messages and answered all of our questions about the Holy Week processions in the village and how and where to watch. We loved the house. It’s modern, clean and very well stocked. The rooftop pool deck was fabulous and we had a lovely afternoon up there during our stay. The views across the valley are amazing. The village is quiet and peaceful and a lovely place to spend a few days. Thanks again Pepa we would love to visit you again some day. Stephen, Laura and Family.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa! La cabaña es tal cual aparece en las fotos, está todo como nuevo, la limpieza de 10 y se puede aparcar al lado de la cabañita. En cuanto a los anfitriones, aunque no tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a Alfonso…la comunicación con el ha sido perfecta. A la que si que tuvimos el placer de conocer fue a su hermana Lucía, una persona encantadora, amable, muy servicial y hospitalaria. Sin duda, si algún día volvemos al Puerto de Santa María volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Gracias por todo Lucía, Alfonso nos hemos sentido muy a gusto :)

Estrella and here place was a gem. So lucky it was available. I would have loved to stay longer, but she was booked for the next couple of months. If you see this place free, grab it fast! It was an oasis of peace and beauty. I can’t wait to go back!!

What a wonderful ten days! We loved the cottage with the well equipped kitchen, the views and the outdoor space. The house has both heaters and air conditioning, but during our stay we didn’t need to use either. Really enjoyed walking up into the village and into La Janda. Tanja kindly provided fruit from her garden with some breakfast treats. Great stay!

What a great find! We had a brilliant stay - the pool terrace and location are the stand out, what a view! María was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the house was very comfortable. We are already planning our return!

I am so happy we found Raul and Taddeo‘s place. The level of hospitality, warm welcome and the around the clock responsiveness of this lovely couple was extraordinary. If you are looking for a simple but comfortable housing with all the required amenities topped with an amazing hidden gem of a beautifully landscaped garden (by the host himself who is a landscape designer) full of old olive trees, this is your place. We didn’t expect such garden beauty in an area filled with active farming land . Upon arrival we felt right at home, Raul was great in guiding us through the house and giving additional info about the local area. The cottage is rather small and very simply furnished but has all you need (great water pressure, squeaky clean (well equipped) kitchen and bathrooms). The location is a very private and peaceful oasis, just steps away from the densely populated holiday home coastal strip of Zahora with some nice restaurants and beach chiringuitos. This is real luxury!Thank R & T♥

Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité et la réactivité de Raquel. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le lieu est calme et la literie est de très bonne qualité pour faire de bonnes nuits. Par contre il faut maîtriser les démarrages en côte pour se garer devant le logement ; avantage : il y a toujours de la place dans cette rue dans le centre du village.
