Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

We just stayed in the house, we spent the Carnival, 16 people in total. The house is cozy, airy, ventilated and clean. It is quite functional and equipped. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Castelhanos, less than a 5 minute walk away. The team that provides services to Fernanda is great. A Bebel is a cute, super well kitchen. We intend to go back for sure.

Very quiet place, very close to the deserta beach (turtle spawning site), close to the beach of Castelhanos that is very good. For those who like to know other beaches of the region the place is excellent, as it is right in the middle making it easy to move to other regions.

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address in the sequence and everything worked out.

I had an amazing weekend at Kátia's house! The cleanliness was spotless, all very organized and well cared for. The location is simply perfect — right on the sand, with a side view and direct access to the beach. An ideal place to relax and enjoy in comfort. I highly recommend it!

Simone's space is peaceful. Beautiful, safe condominium close to the main beaches such as Ubu, Castelhanos and Meaipe. The house is very nice. Its beach decor is very cozy, not to mention the delight of having coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Beautiful and fragrant bed and bath linens. Simone is a very professional host and our experience was wonderful!

We were greeted with great affection. My family is big and Nivalda managed to accommodate us very well. The bedding was clean and smelly. My children loved the place because it is a farmhouse, there are chickens, oxen behind the house. Very nice! I sincerely thank you for taking care with us.

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

The house is wonderful, large rooms, clean and airy. We have clean bed linen, with plenty to change if needed. Many kitchen utensils. The pool was a little dirty with sand and grass, but it didn't stop the children from playing. It's close to the beach. We love the stay. I highly recommend it!

New property, with easy access in a very quiet location. The pool is large enough for the number of guests. Castelhanos Beach is extremely pleasant and family-friendly. I suggest installing air equipment in all rooms (only one of the three had it), but nothing that the installed fan could not supply. The contact with the person in charge was always very cordial and polite, leaving nothing to be desired. I recommend it and will be back!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. The house is as advertised. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including an airfryer. The barbecue is great and even has spinning skewers. The air conditioning of the suite is perfect. The host Priscila, who left us pampering, including soft drinks and biscuits, is wonderful. Super attentive, sent us suggestions of restaurants and quickly responded to our messages. The house is very beautiful and was impeccable, super clean and tidy. We indicate to everyone!

We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Great stay! Beautiful place, consistent with the photos. We received the house with a problem with the unloading in one of the rooms, but it was promptly resolved. One of the rooms had a strong smell, resembling mildew, but we left the windows and doors open and at night the smell diminished considerably. I think the hot water tank is small for the size of the house, every day only the first 4 baths the water was hot, the rest was ice water. The swimming pool deserved a heating system, as we stayed in the autumn the water was always very cold. About the host, Polyanna, always very solicitous and made us feel at home.
