Hostess always attentive and with quick and accurate answers. The House served us very well, everything was as described in the advertisement. I would stay more often and it became a reference for me where to stay in Aparecida. I highly recommend it.

We decided to spend the weekend and celebrate my wife's birthday at Fernando's Airbnb, and it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had with Airbnb. I travel the world frequently, and yet this place went straight to my top 3 best accommodations to relax and enjoy with the family. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Camila and her husband, who are incredible people and made all the difference in our stay. We started the days with a delicious breakfast prepared by them and, throughout the time, we had attentive support for any questions or needs. Despite the cold and rainy weather, the pool heated to 36 degrees was a perfect invitation to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend it to everyone who has the opportunity

Great experience from start to finish! Host Guilherme helped us by facilitating our check-in and checkout. With kindness and cordiality, he also gave us tips about the city and was available to answer our questions about the house! The atmosphere of the house, perfect! Everything is properly arranged, organized and clean! We were in a group of 6 people and the house accommodated us very well! The architecture of the place left everyone in my group enchanted. It felt like we were in a movie house! Beautiful! The location is very good, close to the main avenue of Monte Verde. We are so grateful, and we definitely want to come back!

They left us a wonderful complimentary wine. We've never seen anything like it, and we've visited countless places through the platform! The kitchen has a full pantry, with a wide variety of foods, spices, etc. The house is completely private, the silence is the calm of the place, and the view, no comment! Perfect! We spent wonderful moments in this place. The access road is very good and with Adélia's instructions we arrived correctly at the place. The place is extremely quiet. You wake up to the sounds of birds and a breathtaking sunrise. The place is even better than in the pictures. Just going to see. During the stay, we saw several species of birds and their beautiful songs. We had the visit every day of the Madonna, which is a spectacle in itself. She is very docile and loves to receive carrots and affection. The couple Dinho and Adélia are wonderful and the products they sell are very good. If you are looking for a place to relax and well prepared, this is the ideal place.

Andrea's house is perfect. Everything is very beautiful, new and tasteful, from the furniture, decoration and bedding. A beautiful and extremely well-kept garden. I have stayed in the region several times, and without a doubt, this was by far the best I have stayed with my family. Marco and Andrea were very helpful and kind.

What a wonderful place!! The view is breathtaking and the house is very cozy! The beds are very soft, with great bed and bath linens. Super-equipped kitchen for cooking anything (I recommend that you do so, as the city is very quiet and has few options for places to eat). The bathtub is a show in itself, nothing like taking a long bath while enjoying the wonderful view of the place. Access to the property is via a dirt road, but everything is well signposted and easy to reach with any type of car, as the road is very well maintained. Vivian sent several videos so there would be no mistakes when she arrived, and it was super easy. Throughout the stay, she was super helpful and promptly helped us with everything we needed! I highly recommend the stay and would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is simply charming! Extremely cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view. Everything was very clean and organized, exactly as in the pictures — or even better! The location is great, perfect for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of Campos do Jordão, but still close to everything. The hostess was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The casita is a delight. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bedding, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the housekeeper, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Rodrigo’s place. The house is exactly like the pictures—beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably arranged. We stayed in this chalet for the weekend and have only compliments! The place is simply wonderful: everything very clean, organized and careful in the smallest detail. The view is breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. The host was extremely polite, considerate and welcoming, which made all the difference in the experience. From the time of booking until check-out, everything was done with a lot of lightness and sympathy. Without a doubt, I recommend with closed eyes for those who seek tranquility, comfort and a special corner to renew the energy. We want to go back now!

Place extremely similar to the photos, beautiful landscape, extremely cozy place and great for rest. Everything was perfect, I recommend it and we will return more often.

Henrique's house is even better than it looks in the photos. The house is beautiful, the garden even more beautiful. The bed and bath linens are extremely good and comfortable. The shower is very hot and with plenty of water. The space was clean and like the photos. The Wifi worked well, we even managed to work. We don't use the TV, but it has an HDMI to connect to the computer. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a lot and it was super nice. Henrique was super attentive and responded quickly. The location is very close to incredible places to visit, away from the hustle and bustle of Capivari, such as Horto Florestal, Lagoinha Park, Hípica Golf and many good restaurants. We had very cold days, so we kept the fireplace on almost all the time, the caretaker was super kind to come one day to give us tips on how to light the fireplace and fire more easily. They were beautiful days and we would definitely come back in other seasons!

I found it very cozy, the couple welcomed us very well and gave us many tips on places to visit in the surroundings. It is a few minutes from the village of Capivari. The place has impeccable beauty, the yard is beautiful. We love it!

Our stay was excellent. Very nice, beautiful, spacious and easy to get to house. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it and we intend to stay again in the future.
