The apartment was in perfect condition of cleanliness and very true to what was described in the advertisement. They went out of their way to accommodate us quickly at the last minute as we were canceled from our previous site. Very grateful for that. Highly recommended.

David's place is great. This is our third time staying at his apartment. My daughter loves the pool and my wife and I value the proximity to El Lider supermarket, where we find everything we need. I spent more than a month at Rodrigo's and everything went very well. The accommodation is very good, sunny, spacious and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Rodrigo is a good host who takes care to respond to our various requests and questions. Great time in this apartment.

Excellent host, responds quickly, and the place feels very welcoming

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.

Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. Everything was impeccable, precise instructions, a very clean house with all the amenities. The neighborhood is very safe, close to restaurants, supermarkets and hospital. We stayed for one night and it was very comfortable, but if I had to travel for work and/or stay several days, William's property is excellent. I totally recommend it.

To say excellent falls short, the host, in addition to being kind, cordial and friendly, helped us solve many things. You can talk to him without problems, and above all, his way of treating people is remarkable. A quiet and comfortable stay, an impeccable apartment... 100 out of 100. Very good apartment.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the city of Rancagua, everything was very clean and tidy, Alejandro was careful to give us all the precise directions and answered all my doubts ! Both bathrooms have a bathtub, that made our stay very comfortable. One detail that the hair dryer doesn't work well. Everything else was excellent !! I highly recommend!
