My parents stayed at Clément’s place and loved it! They said that they would definitely go back. It was well equipped and he is very friendly and responsive. All in all a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place! We were very impressed. We highly recommend it for any family trip. What We Loved: - Spotlessly Clean: The house was incredibly clean. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. - As Described & Family-Friendly: The property matched its description perfectly. It offered plenty of space. All necessary amenities were provided. This made it ideal for families. - Secure Parking: Private and secure parking was available. Minor Considerations: * Travel Time to Paris: Getting to central Paris took about 40 to 60 minutes. This might be a longer commute for frequent city trips. * Narrow Access Road: The road to the property is quite narrow. It might not suit very large cars. Drive carefully. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. The minor points didn't lessen our positive experience

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Очень удобное расположение рядом с метро, до центра Парижа можно доехать за 15 минут, до аэропорта Орли - 22-25 минут. Рядом очень много магазинов, кафе, несколько раз в неделю работает рынок. В апартаментах есть вся необходимая посуда и чай-кофе-сахар. Район чистый и спокойный. Хозяин очень быстро отвечает, разрешил нам заехать в 10 вечера. Если еще раз поедем в Париж вдвоем, обязательно остановимся у Sévan)) Рекомендую

Florian fue muy amable, nos permitió entrada y salida flexible dentro de las posibilidades y nos atendió rápidamente. El apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo necesario y es acogedor. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila con supermercados, parques y el acceso al RER bastante cerca. Lo único que le echaría en falta es la opción de tener Wifi pero si eso no es imprescindible, el apartamento es el perfecto para conocer París con la tranquilidad de un pueblo como Cachan

Phuong’s apartment was lovely and a perfect base for our time in Paris. Highly conveniently located just next to a metro (Laplace station) and has good amenities close by. Would strongly recommend staying here for your time in Paris!

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

Our stay at Charlotte's place was really good. Everything was very clean and Charlotte replied quickly to any inquiries. The only missing thing was the AC.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

An outstanding stay in a comfortable unit near the Metro which gave access to everything in Paris. Some foodie places and a Carrefours across the lane made it even better. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Perfect for us.

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

Sumamente satisfecha con la estadia. Honestamente me sentí tan en casa que no me queria ir. El lugar esta muy accesible a mercados, transportación, restaurantes, farmacia, etc. El apartamento muy comodo y con mobilario apropiado. Y los más importante de todo, sus anfitriones siempre pendiente y disponibles para contestar preguntas y en mi caso les pedí que me sugiriera un restaurant y su recomendación fue muy buena. The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Hôte très réactif et amical avec un très beau logement

Sophie ist wirklich die charmanteste, einfühlsamste Vermieterin die man sich denken kann. Extrem hilfsbereit, sehr viele Tipps auch abseits des typischen Tourismus. Die Wohnung ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung hat einen Vintageflair. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sophie reagiert auch extrem schnell (defekter Wasserkocher u.24Std später war ein neuer da). Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick ist das Highlight! Leider mussten wir wegen eines Unfalls die Wohnung nach 3 Tagen verlassen. Auch hier war Sophie sehr hilfsbereit. Ein ganz ganz dickes Dankeschön für die sehr gute Betreuung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - wenn auch nicht dieses Jahr. Und auf jeden Fall buchen wir die Wohnung von Sophie. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Liebe Sophie ich kann dir gar nicht genug danken für deine Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Deine Ladys aus Hamburg:-)
