Practical, comfortable, nice house, you can tell that it was made with a lot of love. The pool is really exquisite. Carlos was always very attentive to making sure we communicated with the caretaker for anything. We will certainly be back.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Good apartment and very well located. Thanks to Cote for the help he gave to recover some things that were left to us. I would only renovate the kitchen implements that are already very worn, the rest is excellent.

The depto is as shown in the photos, everything is very nice and cozy, which made our days at the beach comforting and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. Definitely a place to recommend 100%!.

The bad thing that the Depto is for 8 people but there were dishes for 4 ... everything else was fine

My stay was excellent. Sebastián was very clear in all the instructions and was always available for any questions. Also, his treatment was very friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place was in perfect condition, everything was clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this place!
