Un super séjour au cottage. Un vrai coin de paradis au milieu de la vallée de Paul entourée de papayes et de bananiers. Irene a été adorable, toujours réactive. La maison est super confortable, la cuisine bien équipée. Il est préférable de faire quelques courses avant car la maison est plutôt isolée même si quelques mercearia pourront vous dépanner. De nombreux aguilers passent par la maison pour vous emmener sur la côte ou vous faire monter dans la vallée de Paul. La haut après 2 bonnes heures de montée à pieds vous atteindrez le cratère de Cova. Si vous préférez vous reposez la maison est un vrai havre de paix. Je recommande

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Top appartement mooie uitzicht wij hebben echt genoten grote slaapkamers heerlijke bedden. Ik raad echt iedereen deze appartement te nemen. Er is nog niet veel in de buurt. Omdat er gebouwd nog word. Maar is echt wel een top appartementen

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous everything look completely new. The swimming pool right behind the apartment is out of order but there are many other swimming pools nearby. Close to bikini beach and many other restaurants and bars. Perfect stay with a lot of piece and quiet. Taxi to Santa Maria is €5. They also have a free shuttle available.

We had a wonderful stay at Agnes’ place! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, always available to assist us. We arrived after midnight, and she arranged for a taxi to meet us with the keys to the flat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, and even had a cleaning lady come by during our stay. The location is perfect – close to the main town and restaurants, but also far enough to give you a more local, immersive experience. We slept in the room at the back, which was quieter and more comfortable, especially due to the wind in Sal (which can be quite strong during the month we visited). The internet worked perfectly, which was essential as we were working remotely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a little removed from the busy main streets of Santa Maria but still within easy reach. Only 5 minutes to Angulo Beach and 10-15 minutes to Santa Maria Beach and the main streets. Thank you Agnes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte est très réactif et sympathique ! Il nous a conduit et indiqué les endroits à visiter où essayer en ville. L’appartement est très propre et la vue incroyable !

Stay was nice. Appartment is on the less commercial end of the village. We liked that though it involves a bit af walking. Nice beach restaurant and sweet breakfast place nearby though. Good thing is you are not in the middle of the touristic agenda. Swimming is nicer at the central beach due to less rubble than directly at the nearby beach. But sunbathing is as well there. We spent most time outsinde on the patio, there is not that much space to sit inside anyway. But temperatures make wou want to get outsice anyway. Breakfast under the blue sky is nice. And the patio is perfectly proteceted from too much sun. Nice hang out. Its advisable to bring your own beach towels. Other that that everything we needed was there. Agnes left a bunch of tips that were helpful to arrive and find the way around a bit. All in all a clear recommendation for the spot. Thanx Agnes
