Accoglienza molto buona.A parte qualche piccolo problema con energia elettrica,peraltro risolto nel giro di qualche ora,l'appartamento e' ben tenuto ,ampio e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione .Situato fronte spiaggia in un quartiere ottimo,con bar e ristoranti molto vicini.L'host e' molto disponibile e celere nella risoluzione di dubbi.Davvero consigliato.E' valsa la pena.

We were really happy with our stay. The island is great for getting a more natural and less touristy experience. And this apartment is very well located between the city and the nature so it's a short walk to town, to the beach and to the nearby countryside. The apartment is very nice and the surrounding restaurants are absolutely great. It's also good to be living literally on top of the local store so getting quick snacks and drinks is super convenient. Our host was very friendly and professional. There was transport from and to the airport and she also helped us with finding things to do on the island.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Adriano is a great host and the communication was very good before and during the stay. His staff was reactivite on our demand and helpful. The house is big and perfect for a group or a family. We enjoyed to spent time together specially on the nice terrace. The house is fully equipped, and well located in a safety environment. Is perfect for a stay in Praia.

Enjoyed the stay nice views, pictures in in the house was like an art museum. It’s a very beautiful home would recommend and stay again.

Já tinha estado em Santa Maria e esta experiência conseguiu ser melhor. A casa é igual às imagens mas não estava preocupada com este ponto porque queria mais aproveitar a cidade. A localização é das melhores, em frente à praia e a três minutos do centro. Lugar super seguro, andei sempre de madrugada e até sozinha e nunca me senti insegura. Ao mesmo tempo é um sítio sosssegado e um ambiente familiar. Adorei tudo e aconselho muito! Voltarei em breve!

Amazing! If you don’t stay here, you are missing out on a fantastic experience. Chris and Mona are incredible. such kind, generous and welcoming people. The meals they served us were so fresh and tasty, there are also lots of fun activities like snorkelling and fishing available here. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again! Thank you Chris and Mona for everything.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Jaos a été réactif et toujours disponible, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurées et facilité l’organisation. Hormis un léger problème avec la douche, rapidement résolu, tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, chaleureux et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Le plus de cet appartement la climatisation !! Vous avez également des choses accessibles à pied (banque, centre ville). Nous recommandons cette adresse à 100% !

Emplacement parfait, à proximité de la rue piétonne de santa maria, mais juste assez éloigné pour avoir le calme qu’il faut le soir, accès facile à la plage juste devant nous, Alba disponible et accueillante, communication facile et fluide, le prix est imbattable !

Séjour inoubliable dans cet havre de paix. La très belle maison est située au bord de mer avec jolie piscine comme sur les photos. Non seulement la maison et très agréable mais Anny est une personne très accueillante, dans le partage et l’expérience humaine. Elle possède aussi un bon réseau/connaissance et une petite équipe pour faciliter le séjour (chauffeurs pour vous emmener et venir vous chercher sur les points de départ/arrivée des différentes randonnées ; repas du soir préparés par Isa, cape verdienne pour une maudique somme ET excellent, bien meilleur qu’au restaurant). Je voyage beaucoup et je peux vous assurer que j’ai rarement rencontré une telle hospitalité et cet éventail de service sans forcer. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et de nouveaux amis ! Merci encore !

Prachtige locatie, aan strand, vlakbij zee met een heerlijk terras. De hulp van Doudou en Susana was heel prettig. De kamers met airco en badkamers zijn comfortabel. De ligging is mooi, rustig en op korte loopafstand van het centrum van Santa Maria. Een huis om naar terug te komen!

Det var en rigtig fin lejlighed ,dog noget slidt men til prisen var det rigtig godt. Dejlig central og vi blev lullet i søvn om aftenen af musik fra en bar 🥰 Vil til enhver tid booke lejligheden igen hvis vi kommer til Santa Maria.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement disposait de tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les +++ étaient les navettes gratuites jusqu'au centre de Santa Maria, piscine propre, environnement très calme. Si vous recherchez du repos au calme, c'est ici qu'il faut aller! Excellente communication, pas de mauvaises surprises! Un grand merci à Lizy pour son accueil, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité. Nous avons hâte de revenir un jour!

Excellent séjour dans un grand logement de qualité Villa incroyable et agréable, toute notre famille est ravie de ce séjour Juste la décoration un peu originale avec beaucoup trop d'objets, mériterait un léger rafraichissement ; un look épuré produirait un effet encore plus wahou ! Nous sommes ravi de notre choix, nous recommanderons les yeux fermés Un grand merci pour tout !

Die Kommunikation mit Rachael verlief reibungslos. sie kam uns auch bei Anliegen sehr entgegen und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen sehr schnell. Das Appartment ist gleich am Strand und Kaffee, mit einrm mini Shop war such gleich um die Ecke. Fpr 1 Woche waren 2 Rolken WC Papier etwas zu knapp,aber ich weiss nicht, wenn wir gefragt jätten, ob wir noch 2 Rollen bekommen hätten. ansonsten sehr gemütlich, wir würden wieder hier herkommen. danke

Au sein d'un parc sécurisé et propre , très beau logement au 1 étage d'une résidence avec piscine . Logement très bien équipé , propre et bien agencé , beaucoup de documentation et de détails sur les différentes activités . Un contact avec Caroline et son équipe sur place parfait , gentillesse et flexibilité . Le défaut de la distance avec Santa Maria est vite oublié grâce à la navette gratuite tout au long de la journée et soirée . Enfin proximité avec Bikini Beach , 15 minutes à pied très agréable . Cozy apartment in walking distance to the city center. In this apartment u are guarantueed a good night sleep. As it is located in a quiet area outside the city senter. Check in is super easy. We were met by Alexandre’s parents. They are super friendly and helpfull.

Simplesmente fantástico! O apartamento superou todas as nossas expectativas. A localização é perfeita — mesmo em cima da praia de Santa Maria, com vista deslumbrante e a apenas 5 minutos a pé do famoso pontão. O condomínio é muito tranquilo, bem cuidado e acolhedor. O apartamento estava impecável, decorado com muito bom gosto, bem equipado e cheio de pequenos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A logística da chegada foi excelente — o sistema de cofre para as chaves é muito prático e seguro. O Michael foi um anfitrião 5 estrelas: sempre disponível, atencioso e cheio de boas dicas. Até tratou do táxi para nos ir buscar ao aeroporto! Tivemos um pequeno problema de barulho numa das noites, mas falámos com a segurança e foi imediatamente resolvido. Sentimo-nos sempre seguros e bem acompanhados. Destaco também o serviço de limpeza — ficámos 7 dias e o apartamento foi limpo, com troca de lençóis e até das toalhas Ficamos clientes sem dúvida,

Had a wonderful 2-week stay with my boyfriend and celebrated my 30th birthday here. The apartment was tidy, had necessary amenities and a beautiful balcony to enjoy breakfast or dinner. We would definitely choose to come back to this apartment as it was close to everything and Ira was very friendly!
