We stayed here for 2nights. The staffs and owner were very hospitable. Nasulit namin yung pool very accomodating din kapag may mga needs. Perfect for family getaway makakapagrelax ka talaga. We had a fantastic experience staying here! The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the market and attractions. Check-in and check out was super easy with clear instructions, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout. All request from the host were approved and we cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating. I would definitely recommend place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for being such a great host!

We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. Loved our stay at Fei’s place. She was prompt to respond to our messages for a last minute stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helped us find the place on the phone. The place was gorgeous and well priced with amazing views especially at sunset. Would recommend this stay to everyone wish i could have stayed longer

We had such a wonderful family getaway at Pio at Sunset Strip! The place was exactly what we needed — spacious, cozy, and rustic, with a relaxing vibe that made us feel right at home. Our stay with Happy Hut Retreat was great! Since we wanted to cook and prepare our own food. Kitchen is complete. Vibe was great. Was not expecting branded bathroom essentials and super lamig ng air conditioner KUDOS! Highly recommended for family and group travelers.

We had a wonderful stay! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but Allen was incredibly kind and accommodating. Although there were still guests when we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and allowed us to leave our bags while we waited. He made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. The place itself was great—clean, cozy, and very close to the beach and nearby sari-sari stores. It’s also easy to find, which is a huge plus. Despite it being Holy Week, the area wasn’t as crowded as we expected, so we got to fully enjoy our vacation. The swimming pool was definitely a bonus—we had so much fun! Also, huge props to the host for being so responsive. We booked this as early as February for an April stay, and I had several questions along the way. The host was patient and quick to respond each time, which made planning everything so much smoother. Overall, it was such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

We enjoyed a nice family get together on a 4 day weekend and Cristina's place was great for us to relax and enjoy time out of the city surrounded by nature. Very clean and well appointed we just had to bring personal items and get food from the local market and vendors and cook in the well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioning and Hot Water heaters all worked great. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good water pressure. No internet but 3 bar LTE cell service on Smart and we brought our Starlink so no problems staying online. The on site caretaker was very helpful getting us checked in and with questions about the local area and available if any assistance was needed.

serene home is value for money home stay. they have a complete amenities which you will feel your home away from home. Ms. May (host) is easy to communicate with and very understanding. we will definitely go back. 🙂

Upon entering the house, i was impressed with the interior. I did not expect to find a house like this in iba. The house is compact but styed like an upscale condo in manila. The house has everything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff mang dado was very accomodating.

Overall great experience. Tons of restaurants nearby, including some great local spots and hidden gems. The only gripe was the empty ATMs in the area. Just a heads-up: bring some cash ahead of time. Would definitely recommend.

The place was as advertised - a peaceful getaway from the bustle of the city. The rooms and amenities were new and functional. Beds were comfortable. The pool was spacious and clean. The housekeeper (Mel) was also very approachable and helpful. Would recommend this place to people looking for a private retreat with a view of Subic Bay.

The Place is Beautiful and Private! Needs a bit of Repairing. Their Aircon was not working at first, thankfully they replaced the aircon right away.

The place is humagous. Now that I am thinking it seems like I didnt see any cockroach. Lol. But we really enjoyed our stay, all appliances and equipments are working well. I hope they keep it that way. They even allowed us to check out late as we check in really late. The caretaker, Ms. Lea, is really friendly and easy to approach. We are certainly recommending this place. Kudos!

great place for those who like a homey feel.

We had the greatest experience on maam Joyce place. Everything is accurate, maam Joyce and her caretaker is very friendly very responsive and you will feel that your in good hands. The place and the view is so incredible, there's a lot of rooms. We will definitely comeback and enjoy the third floor once more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We had a great stay! Zher-Ann was very responsive and considerate. Our check in time changed and she was gracious enough to accommodate us immediately. The house looked exactly like the photos. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was spacious enough for all 4 of us. The bedroom was big. We requested an extra mattress and were provided one. Just need to be careful since it has a low ceiling. Also, it's on the 2nd floor so make sure your companions are ok to going up the stairs. My elderly mom had to go to the bathroom occasionally so she decided to just sleep on the couch at the ground floor. The t&b was a bit small, but it was no biggie for us. Simple toiletries were also provided. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were provided drinking water, as well. There's also space at the back for grilling (though we didn't have the time) or drying up your clothes or just hanging out. Wifi was stable and fast. And there's ample parking space for 1 vehicle.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in Mana de Qasa . We liked how it was in a peaceful environment and how beautiful and spacious the home was. We had most of the home essentials we needed for our stay too. We also spent our entire night in the game room singing karaoke and playing the board games available. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend staying here in the summer or when it's not so rainy. Since we stayed during a rainy weekend, the tide was strong in the beach and washed up a lot of trash on shore. I appreciated the caretakers who were all so friendly and accommodating. The host was so responsive via chat and he provided us with recommendations for places to eat/order food and activities available nearby (e.g. ATV rental, watersports, etc.) Overall had a good stay at Mana de Qasa! :)
