Hi :) Guests say the apartment is nice, sunny and with good energy. :) You have the whole apartment to yourself. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet place in a modern furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. However, if you would not have a taste and time to cook, there is an excellent restaurant right on the property. She also plays beautiful with playgrounds. Parking directly in the garage of the apartment building. Of course, the reception is Wifi and a 55 inch tv. Bus stop 250m away. City center about 4km.

The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.

I’m giving a 5-star overall rating because I know how tough the Airbnb system can be on hosts. Check-in was a bit challenging at first, as the keys didn’t work well. However, the host quickly provided a helpful tip to use the key fob, which solved the issue. The apartment was clean and as described. The shower required some getting used to, as there was only a bathtub without a floor drain or shower curtain — using it took a bit of care and adjustment, but it was manageable. Communication with the host was professional and smooth. The location suited our needs well — there’s a large shopping center nearby and plenty of parking spaces. One thing that left us puzzled was the host’s request for compensation after the stay for a broken sofa leg, as it seemed to have failed under normal use. Overall, a functional stay and a good experience.

Only disadvantages: 2 double beds while it was listed as 1x double and 2x single; limited glassware available and only 2 chairs in the kitchen while the apartment is for 3 or even 4. Super responsive host though willing to resolve everything very fast.

We loved this apartment! Looked exactly like the photos, very modern and clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Matej was really friendly and came to welcome us on check in and responded quickly to messages. He also let us stay slightly later than check out time which was great as we weren’t leaving till the afternoon. Highly recommend!
