Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

The accommodation is in the first row on the Black Sea. You have a clear view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15m from the water. The accommodation is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the space are good. Thank you Marek for letting us be your guests. We had a great time with you.

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, I recommend stopping at this house. If I can describe it in one word, it's COZY! Thanks to Zhaklina for the attitude and diligence she had taken to make our stay perfect.

A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for a month with my son, the apartment is brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable , big table and comfy chairs to work at, internet was fast for Zoom and working everyday except for 1 in the whole month. It was solved immediately by Maxim who just brought me his own broadband while he fixed it, amazing host. Maxim really made our stay fantastic he picked us up from the airport, checked us in, responds to messages fast, he’s a great guy. The apartment is extremely quiet, very close to the beach, the balcony is lovely to sit on, see the sea and also you can dry all of your washing. One thing to note, the pool is not filled out of the summer months. The kitchen is very well equipped, the best. Lots of pans and cutlery, plates and bowls and all the appliances you need. I would 100% come back and stay here in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was fabulous, being so close to the beach, the pool and shops. The apartment had a lovely sea view across the bay and it was great to listen to the waves and relax with meals and drinks on the large veranda. The kitchen was basic and could have been better equipped for self catering (for example, having a toaster is essential especially with children). Alex was a very friendly and obliging host, who quickly responded to our needs and was so helpful in providing items which were missing. This made a big difference to our stay.

Very nice apartment. Fantastic view.. Lukasz is very helpful. We recommend it. Just you need higher suspensions on your car because of the roads and parking.

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

I think that the fact that we spent about 2 months and a half at Mario's flat says everything 🤗 The spectacular seaview, the pool , the modern flat were the perfect ingredients for us having a just wonderful vacation and we are going to return for sure next year 🙂 Thanks, Mario( and also Mario's mum, who was just lovely and very helpful) and see you next year!!!🌅

The downstairs apartment is very quiet and provides privacy. We found everything we needed to prepare meals for a family of 5 in the apartment. The resort area is fenced with outdoor parking. The place offers plenty of shaded areas by the pools of three. One is a small paddling pool for the little ones, and the other two are comfortable for adults and children, where there is also a shower tray. The apartment is located about a 10-minute walk to the sea, where the stairs go down. Near the resort there is a main street with typical seaside attractions :) The place is very friendly and comfortable, and Angelina is a very nice and helpful host who is happy to help and provide additional information. I highly recommend it.

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

The locale is magnificent, with an exceptional view of the sea and a very pleasant terrace. Communication with Rositsa was extremely prompt, responding immediately to anyone who came up - albeit minor - a problem. We had a great time!

Great place to stay in Byala. friendly host. Great view. flat was perfect for a week. wifi is decent for working. comfortable. AC is old but works great. Definitely recommend.

The place is fantastic and intimate. You can feel at home there, quiet and relax. The apartment is spacious, large very well equipped kitchen with all cooking equipment, two bathrooms, air conditioning working in both bedrooms and living room. The terrace provides relaxation during the day and in the evening with a beautiful view of the sea and Obzor, a good view of the pool, a quick descent. There was no shortage of sun loungers in the pool. On site, by the pool, there is a bar where you can order warm snacks, ice cream and drinks. A Ping-pong table is also available. Jack has been friendly and flexible since the start of the reservation. He was always quick to respond to messages and help. Please pay attention to cleaning fees before booking.

Good value for money. Amazing kitchen equipment, and a great yard . The only small disadvantage was that the water in the area is not really clean which makes washing the dishes a bit challenging. Other than that, the place was very clean.

The studio is located on the main street near the beach, shops, restaurants and a park with a playground. There are enough parking spaces on the street right in front of the location. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a stay. All devices are in working condition. The host was very responsive to our requests. The pool and the garden are permanently clean and maintained. We would love to come back

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

We had the best time in Angelina's place. The house is very peaceful and full of character. The garden is huge and has many corners for relaxation. Close by are some of the wildest beaches on the bulgarian Black Sea.

The apartment is great. Lots of storage space. A separate terrace on the street. Convenient location. The first floor is just perfect for those who are vacationing with children. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
