Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and makes grills and pizza, on site or to take away for prices from another time, a meat dumplings is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Michael is a perfect host. He was always available when we had questions and fulfilled various extra wishes. The house is beautiful, especially the pool was our highlight. With the stone oven we could easily bake pizza. For a little money we were allowed to borrow the car. It was a super nice time! We missed nothing and we will definitely come back again. Beautiful apartment with new furniture. We were more than satisfied and would certainly visit again. The hosts patiently answered all the questions I had. It's a nice walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants around the apartment. The location is great!

Alexander's place was very nice, cozy and beautiful. Very clean, has all the needed things and we had a very warm wellcoming and stay there. Surely will go there again!

The place was clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you may need even for a longer stay. The location is quiet, yet very close to the center and the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to be a guest there. I'd strongly recommend Bendita House for both family and business trips.

Georgy deserves all the praise! Very prudent and considerate. During the stay, almost every day he asked if anything else was needed, helped. He gave recommendations on the choice of local restaurants. And the choice was always perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk to the beach. The house offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. The location is ideal. I recommend it to everyone and if I have the opportunity I will definitely come back! Thank you very much to the host for the kindness and hospitality!

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Stayed at Veronikas apartment for a week. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. Veronika was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Very nice place, clean with everything you need for us and our three year old daughter! Great hosts and easy communication. Will return for sure ;)

Sehr biges Appartamnet, gros am Pool gelegene Terasse. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
