The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

A really well placed apartment to visit Toulouse in a well secured and recent residence! The instructions for departures and self check-in are very clear, the apartment is really nice and very functional, and really very clean! The basement location for the car is really a plus!

A perfect accommodation in a pleasant, peaceful and quiet setting. The summer kitchen as well as the house kitchen were very well equipped. Bocce ball court, heated swimming pool with many deckchairs, ping pong table, foosball, everything is well thought out for vacationers. Stephane and his wife are responsive, welcoming and warm.

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation as well as with our two dogs, located in a quiet area off the street, ideal for total disconnection! (In any case the wifi/network are of the same opinion😉). Very well-equipped accommodation whether in the kitchen (it feels like home, nothing is missing!) or in the other rooms too! The jacuzzi and heated pool are a real plus that allowed us to enjoy it throughout the stay despite the sometimes capricious weather! In addition, the hosts are very friendly, welcoming and responsive when needed! In short, if you are visiting the area or want to discover it for a longer period, this is a good place! Looking forward to it 😉

I had a great stay at Romain's place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal: close to transport, shops and in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The host was very responsive, welcoming and thoughtful throughout the stay. We had a great family stay in this charming cottage for the weekend of the ascension. It is an old stone forge (which keeps the freshness) with beautiful wooden doors, beautiful furniture, a superb staircase... everything has remained authentic, with a lot of taste. There were seven adults and two babies, and frankly, everything was very well thought out so that everyone felt comfortable. It has everything you need, nothing is missing. Great bedding. Communication with Eustacia was great! The small garden is lovely and peaceful, the pool was really nice, and the setting… magical. The view, the calm, the village (and this restaurant a minute's walk away, so convenient!), everything was perfect. We felt great from the start. We recommend it without a second thought!

We were welcomed . Nicolas responds quickly to questions and is quite flexible about the arrival time. The setting is relaxing and the place was clean and tidy with all the necessities, bed and bath linens included which is appreciated. Our stay was short but it must be nice to stay longer .

Isabelle has been the most amazing host ever! She was amazing when we arrived and continued to check up on us and offer recommendations. When we needed help with something she was always there for aid and recommendations. She also saved us when the train strike cancelled our train be getting a driver to take us to Toulouse. The house was pristine and absolutely beautiful as well as the surroundings.

This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation, and it is always a real pleasure! Everything is perfectly in line with the listing, even better: the apartment is impeccable, very well-equipped, comfortable and ideally located. We feel that everything has been carefully thought out so that travelers feel at home.

Suited our requirements very well. The third floor apartment was well equipped The washing machine was a plus. Our host was prompt in communication and the instructions to access the accomodation were clear. The apartment block is within a gated complex which allows secure parking. Shops are essily accessed by walking and the airport is easily accessed by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

spacious quiet accommodation. The 5 bedrooms are large, plenty of storage in the accommodation. The living room is large and the 2 toilets (1 on each level) and 2 bathrooms are practical. Jean and Marie Claude allowed us to leave later than the usual time, thank you again We'll keep the address if we have the opportunity to return to the area

I did not have the opportunity to meet Fabrice but he did everything to make it go well. Good responsiveness to the questions asked. For the apartment nothing to say, perfect. i recommend it.
