Jonathan is a friendly host, who explains the instructions to us from the beginning. His apartment is clean, if we need him he is available and we all have at our disposal. He's checking in. Nothing to say, I recommend it with my eyes closed and I plan to return very soon.

It was perfect! Really cute studio, classy (a lot of taste in the layout)! Easy to access, I was greeted by Tiphaine, who was really charming and showed me around. If I had any questions, I had an answer almost immediately! Very perfect!

The accommodation has everything you need, parking and storage closet available. Perfect for flexible check-in/check-out time with autonomy of key boxes 👌🏼 The host is very responsive I recommend

Anne-Carole's apartment is very nice, well laid out, tastefully decorated, clean and very well-equipped. The residence is secure and pleasant. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it works perfectly. All the necessary equipment is available and Anne-Carole is a host who thinks about the comfort of her guests. We thank her and will be happy to come back for a future visit to the Futuroscope which is 15 min by car approx.. We recommend it.

Short stay but the neighborhood is very cute, and quite quiet. The accommodation is well decorated and pleasant. Air conditioning in this heat was a real plus, we arrived in a cool accommodation in the middle of the heatwave.

Very nice apartment, very well located and JBMag very responsive and good advice. Small downside... the terrace is not at all appealing... filled with pigeon excrement not dating from the day before and the furniture is dead...

We had a great stay at the Bohème suite, the accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped. A big + for the cleanliness of the accommodation, which was very appreciable. Elliot is very available throughout the stay, he gave us all the instructions to access the accommodation and before leaving it, everything was very well explained. The only negative point: the road is noisy... but it's just a detail among everything else where there is nothing to say. Thank you, we will definitely come back if we pass through the area! 😊

Very pleasant time as a couple, very cozy place, you feel good there! Special mention for the balneo bathtub which is exceptional, we struggled to find the right temperature but otherwise really very warm, we recommend it! Thank you Marie

A great stay! Very nice apartment, full center of poitiers, super convenient for family holidays! The rooms do not overlook the street so quiet (however we hear a few heavy steps coming from the apartment above!). The photos gave us the impression of a small apartment but in fact it looks bigger once in it! Spacious and well-equipped kitchen for cooking, great bathroom, very comfortable bedding, 2 small courtyards. We had a water leakage problem but it was restored quickly thanks to our responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was perfect, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the massage table, and the pool which was really ideal. The accommodation is very clean, carefully decorated and really well equipped: towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee… everything is designed to make you feel at home. A big thank you to Caroline who was very kind and responsive throughout our stay to answer our questions. The location is great, close to Poitiers and Futuroscope.
