Vincent is a very nice and responsive host! One of the room aircon didn’t function well, so I inform Vincent in the morning and left the house. When we come back, we saw a new aircon!! That’s really surprise us! He really trying his best to make us feel comfortable at the house. I really appreciated that! Felt so lucky to manage to book Vincent house! Definitely will book his house again in future when we come to Penang!

We had a great experience staying at Winnie’s place. The location is fantastic right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and tourist spots. It’s a perfect place for families looking for a peaceful yet central stay. The room, although compact, was clean, cozy, and felt like a small Japanese-style home — very charming and well-maintained. Winnie was a kind and helpful host; she even provided drinking water and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The only minor challenges were the stairs — since the place is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator, carrying heavy luggage can be a bit tiring — and there was a temporary water issue one day, but Winnie resolved it quickly and efficiently. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay!

The place was great! Exactly as it appears in photos and great location walkable to most things! We had a great time and enjoyed staying in this authentic shop house versus just another hotel.

Nice place except there’s small insects in the house. Expected since the area is village area but would appreciate if the owner provides insect repellent especially to guest travelling with little babies.

5 Stars – Peaceful, Clean, and Relaxing Stay! I had a truly wonderful stay at DK's. The check-in process was as smooth as silk and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The unit was spotless—very clean - even the sheets so clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the swimming pool from the balcony—it was such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially in the evenings. The entire place is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The unit has everything in the kitchen, you name it you have it. So dont worry. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable getaway. Would definitely come back again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nice place, strategic location with choices of eateries nearby, the host was helpful and responsive. Only issue was parking – had to use visitor parking and inform the guard every time we went in or out. For longer stays, renewing overnight parking daily was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, everything was good!

Good Location, well maintained, tidy and clean, very helpful and care

Our family enjoyed the 9-night stay in this nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb in a great location with many nearby eateries and with easy access to the beach. We were given clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Despite the heat outside, the apartment became our paradise as we entered it. It has beautiful hill views from the sitting room and bedroom. Watching different birds from the sitting room and monitor lizards in the small drainage below the windows at different times of the day was an enjoyment.

Modern and clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication and checkin was easy. I can highly recommend.

Interior dia cantik, moden dan kemas. Semua kelengkapan lengkap – dari tuala, toiletries, dapur, peti ais, mesin basuh, dryer, WiFi semua ada dan berfungsi dengan baik. 📍 Lokasi pun sangat strategik, dekat dengan tempat makan, convenience store, tarikan pelancong dan mudah dapat Grab. Parking pun senang. 🌅 Pemandangan dari unit sangat cantik – especially waktu pagi & malam, tenang dan relaxing sangat. Sesuai sangat kalau nak healing. 💬 Host sangat friendly, responsif dan mudah berurusan. Dari awal booking sampai check-out, semuanya smooth. Arahan jelas, check-in senang & tak leceh langsung. ✅ Overall, highly recommended untuk sesiapa yang nak stay dekat Penang. Sesuai untuk family, couple, atau kawan-kawan. Kalau datang Penang lagi, confirm repeat!

Worth the price.There are lots of restaurants nearby. Extra foldable bed and pillow were also given so up to 4 people can stay here very comfortably. Bathroom is clean. Overall, it's definitely a comfortable place to stay.

Great value and very responsive host. I had to cut my stay short and the host was very accommodating. The games in the pictures are as described and are fun. The condo build has convience stores and restuarants all walkable in the same compex. The A/C system is really good, so you can beat the Malay heat.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay at Win's Place. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. Although the building is close to a main road it is very quiet and you have a view of the pool from the bedroom window. There’s a bus stop opposite the building where you can catch several buses into town if you don’t want to go by grab (have cash ready!). A grocery store, a drugstore and the Friday Nightmarket (delicious street food!) are within 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. Win was a fantastic host who gave us lots of recommendations and always responded quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Siang’s Place at Straits Quay. This was the first AiraBNB in a long time where a person showed up to check us in and out. Kev was our contact person during our stay and he was kind, helpful and always available. The unit was clean and comfortable matching the description on the listing. All of the other nice things that people have said in their reviews are true. Even though the unit does not face the water, the balcony is large and nicely shaded in the morning for enjoying our coffee. Some of the things we really liked include the pool and gym (new equipment in the gym and strong AC), the wonderful grocery store just a few steps away, the walking paths along the water (perfect for morning or evening walks), easy pick up and drop off for Grab, and the weekly cleaning service included in the fee. Great stay, we will come again. Thanks Kev and Siang.

We had a fantastic stay - after a long day of travelling it was a delight to enter into this beautiful home. The views are incredible (we caught an early sunrise) and the thoughtful touches such as the local snacks were really appreciated. Very easy to get a Grab into different areas of Georgetown.

Diana 's place is a gem. The view of the house is amazing. The house is as per everything is shown in the picture. Clean and beautiful! Is a near walk to Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. Is surrounded by foods and easily assessible by foot, car or by grab.

This is another accommodation that I really like. It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again.
