We just got what we wanted: A user-friendly and cozy cabin in a quiet and scenic environment. Mathias was a perfect host. He responded quickly and pleasantly to our inquiries, and we felt at home in his cabin from the first moment.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful and cozy house! The kitchen was great! We will definitely be happy to come back!

Fantastic and well equipped cabin with many bedrooms. Lovely view over the Mylla water. Gunnar was very flexible and everything went very smoothly!

We had a nice stay at the small, cozy hut. Close to many Hills with a nice View from the bed. The kitchen hast everything you would need and there ist enough space for up to 4 people.

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Fantastic place for a large family. Very large, but still cozy. As a runner, I also appreciated the nature around it, with gravel, undulating roads with pretty much zero traffic, perfect to run on.

Marit’s home is in a lovely location overlooking the lake with mountains in the background. We spent the week skiing at Hafjell which was about 25 mins easy drive from the house. The house is lovely, comfortable and spacious and filled with light. Also extremely cosy and well insulated! We cooked most of our meals in the excellent kitchen and i can’t think of anything we lacked! We all slept very well and our kit dried very quickly in the toasty utility room. Marit was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and activities and we were very sad that tobogganing was cancelled because it got too warm! Overall a great family home in an excellent location with a very welcoming host. Thank you Marit!

Very comfortable and beautiful space. It has a well set up amenities, lovely views and direct access to outside.

A spontaneous booking on the same day was still possible and the house was super cozy and had everything you needed. If you can take care of yourself and a toilet over the yard does not bother you, you should drive the extra mile to stay here!

We were a group of friends going cross-country skiing in the mountains. We had nice mountain hikes and a fantastic nice stay. Steep icy roads up to the cabin and no light in the cabin when we arrived in the dark. But Mai-Britt was very helpful and responded quickly to the phone so we easily found our way and were also helpful with calling a tractor to improve road conditions. Otherwise very nice cabin that had everything we needed for a great week in the mountains😊

Lovely little apartment close to Geilo city center and within walking distance to the station. Perfect starting point for a winter week on cross-country skiing. The apartment is close to shopping and is small, but has everything you can use. Annette was friendly and very accommodating with late check-out. We'd love to come again :)

Comfortable cabin in quiet surroundings. Great hiking terrain and a short walk to the café and shop. The cabin was well equipped and everything worked flawlessly. A real bonus with an outdoor jacuzzi. We were there in the summer months, but the cabin is probably just as nice in the winter as well.

Thank you for three great days at your cabin! Two adults and two children have had a great time here! The cabin was stylish, clean, practical, spacious and not least child-friendly and with magical views and light. We could enjoy the starry sky from the sofa nook and morning sun at the 🙌 breakfast table Ski tracks right outside the door and nice opportunities for the kids to sled as well. Recommended😊

We had a wonderful stay this weekend at this lovely cabin, located right on the ski slope – a perfect mountain retreat for a nice day of skiing. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the sunshine to the fullest. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable. The interior is modern and stylish, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The view was magical, especially the sunrise, and we spent a lot of time outside barbecuing and cuddling around the fire pit. The host was also very quick to respond to messages, which we really appreciated. We are very happy with our stay and can definitely recommend this place to others!
