The loft at Nesbyen

We are renting out our new holiday home, our top-floor apartment "Loft". It is perfectly located in the middle of Norway's ruggedest bike trails, golf course, cross country skiing and the alpine centre. Drive the car into the big carport under the building, put bikes, golf equipment or skis in the big storage room downstairs and walk the stairs up to the 2nd floor. In the evening you can enjoy the nice view and good sun conditions. Here you will find 4 bedrooms, a large hallway, bathroom w/shower, toilet, living room and kitchen with wood burning stove, veranda and a lovely view.

Modern, newly furnished apartment with very central location on Gaustablikk. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with porch/patio in a nice building with six units. Ski in/out both in terms of alpine and cross country skiing. Short distance to Gaustablikk high mountain hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, spa, "The Happy Sportsmann" and ski center (about 200-300 meters). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bunk and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

New (12/03/2021) apartment in Gausta Vertorama. Ski in/out. The apartment is directly connected to alpine resorts - in the middle of the upgraded ski resort on Gausta. Cross country trails with miles of uphill cross country tracks and light track are 2 min away by foot. Short distance to dining, hotel with spa and shop. Free parking and Wifi. Unique view down to Rjukan and up towards Gausta peak. Great sun conditions on the terrace and patio where you can really enjoy yourselves, after a lovely hike on skis or on foot.

Gorgeous ski in/out apartment in Skarsnuten

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place, located right next to one of Norways biggest ski resorts. The apartment can house up to 10 people and has a luxurious common area and a big kitchen. The apartment was completely renovated in the first quarter of 2024 with new state of the art appliances, bathrooms, floors and kitchen. Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The apartment has a glazed porch with direct views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 450.

Newly renovated apartment with a very central location. Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms and space for 6-7 people, centrally located in Geilo. Easy access and parking right outside the apartment - walking distance to the cross-country skiing stadium located near the residence. Terrace outside the living room with a view towards Vestlia and up to Kikut. The apartment is 100 square meters and is located on the second floor, with the entrance on the first floor.

A cozy apartment 2 km from the center of Geilo, 150 m from the Ustedalsfjord with a beach, running/bike trails and paddling in summer and ski trails in winter. A mountain biking paradise (trails, pump tracks, downhill mountain biking are close). Perfect location for ski in/out, top floor

Brand new, top floor apartment in Fjellandsbyen Hemsedal. Probably the most convenient location in the resort, right next to the main ski center building with slopes and lifts available right outside. Also right next to the indoor rock climbing wall and multiple restaurants, shops, ski rental, bus stop and so on. Perfect for families, couples or friend groups that want to have everything right outside their door.
