This is a small cozy fully furnished, perfect for self catering. It is located at Mutundwe close to Mutundwe Christian Fellowship (Pastor Tom) and Kampala University. The appartment has a Tv, wifi, open kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with a hot water shower and a washing machine for laundry. You have access to a patio and garden, parking area. To get around you can use your own transport, uber, taxi or the local bodaboda :) Think of this as your home away from home.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, a very spacious living room capable of hosting a small party or family gathering. WiFi and ChromeCast TV, in a very quiet and peaceful gentrified neighborhood just 15 minutes drive from downtown Kampala. Very Large spacious bedrooms with the master having both a tub and separate shower, a king size bed and queen beds in the other two fully equipped kitchen all within an enclosed compound, free parking with a beautiful lawn.

We had a few issues that could have been avoided but Sempijja was pleasant and offered us compensation. House wasn’t cleaned properly but he was extremely apologetic and explained it was an oversight. Suggested they provide drinking water for guests, tea/coffee and basic necessities. Lots of congestion with traffic so try to arrive outside of rush hour. The road in off of Masaka Rd is pretty rough but it’s easy to find. The house, pool and gardens are lovely. It’s very private and fairly quiet during the day, however there is a bar nearby that plays loud music until 4-5 am pretty much every night and a mosque nearby that shouts their call to prayer at 5 am. The fan helped drown out some of the noise. Suggestion - you really need fans for every room. There were only 2 for 6 bedrooms. The pool was amazing and beautiful surroundings. Partly shaded by a large palm which is great if you have sensitive skin. All in all we enjoyed our time and will return.

everything was perfectly as it need to be, only one issue it should be specificity to not leave the house after 8pm as the road is not lightly enough and you risk to be jumped by thieves as it happened to me.

Located close to the Airport. In a quiet and private neighborhood. The home is clean and super organized. I enjoyed my time here with a great night's sleep right after my flight was delayed. Thank you for keeping a very neat place. The caretaker was great and super helpful.

Viola was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate me, especially since my flight arrived late. I really appreciated how flexible she was and how quickly she adjusted to my needs. Every time I needed her support or had a question, she was right there with a swift response, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The property itself was a lovely getaway, offering a delightful sense of peace and privacy. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view of the lake—it truly added a special touch to my experience. Plus, I felt completely secure throughout my stay, which is always a big plus when traveling. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Viola's place. She is such a warm and welcoming host, and her attention to detail really made all the difference. I can’t recommend her enough!

I'm a returning guest, and that for a good reason. The house and the compound is absolutely amazing and the host is amazing. We came back specifically for this house/Location because it's in a quiet and family-friendly area and has a big (Big!) garden outside for the kids to play. We've spent the entire days outside eating, playing and enjoying the sunny Kampala weather. The help are also very helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure that me and my big family have been as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay. I am already planning my next trip, and I know it will be in this house again.
