Holiday rentals with a pool in Busay (Pob.)

it was a beautiful stay again here I already have my new place once I am returning back to Cebu for the price the Appartement is really nice thank you again

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt just like home. It was spacious for one person and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell a lot of care went into setting up the space. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful experience! Roxanne is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our family had a fantastic time. From the moment we have open the unit's door, we are all blown away by the beautiful design of bunks and thoughtful amenities. The place is truly a goal.😍 Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. We jokingly tell each family member that we do not wish to leave. 😂The welcome basket was a lovely touch for our kids and us kids at heart we're so happy to bring those two bears home. I only stayed two nights at Cristy's place but it was a very comfortable stay and when I'm back in Cebu I'll be staying there again for sure. the view was great and the bed mega comfortable! Walking distance from the Ayala Mall and I was surprised how quiet it is inside the apartment from the sound outside. all in all, the perfect apartment for a solo trip to Cebu! The balcony was an added bonus.

The Median is highly accessible and is near a lot of places esp if you want to do a city tour. It’s also a familiar airbnb location so modes of transpo (grab, taxi) is easy. It’s a private and quiet place to relax after a day of touring Cebu. Check in and check out is easy. We also got to use the building parking (with fee) which is very convenient for those who wants to rent private cars. The stay for 4 people is definitely worth the price too. Mae is a very responsive host and has given me recommendations on good restaurants and activities to try. She also provides clear instructions so everything had been seamless. Overall, it was a really great stay! Thank you so much!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x
