Well, Sapna's homestay is beautifully located at Bashishth which is hardly 3 Kms from private bus stand, surrounded by apple orchards, very peaceful. Best example of a saying "A home away from home". Without any doubt Sapna is an amazing host, one won't feel that you are meeting her for first time!! She helped planning out an excellent itinerary for us which we could not have thought of visiting such beautiful and uncrowded places that too during peak season. Coming to homestay, you can find everything over here including peace...Sapna prepares super tea, pahadi chicken she made was again superb, rooms are quite big with a balcony that opens up to snow clad mountains and beas river. Overall, I can say one of the best stays one can have and definitely I would highly highly recommend anyone to this place.

A beautiful place tucked away between the mountains. A great view of the sissu waterfall. The place is run by an elderly couple who are the sweetest people you would ever find. They provided local food when asked for and were very welcoming like going back to your grandparents for vacation!! The location in the app is accurate , though parking for four wheelers might have an issue. The rooms were very spacious. The location is great as you would be able to see the sissu village from here and a beautiful view of the waterfall. A 5 minute walk will lead you to a monastery as well. Walk around, soak in the tranquility of the life in the mountains.

This homestay is a quiet peaceful getaway in the mountains. The family that runs it is super helpful and will help you with a smile always. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Khangsar can get pretty cold but we were kept comfortable with blankets and a heater on request. There is not available at all times. However the main USP of this place are the views. The balcony has unbeatable views of the Chenab and the mountains. Overall a good place to stay and explore Lahaul. Will definitely recommend.

I had an amazing 7-day stay here. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible to key spots in the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the stunning view – the mountains, river, and apple orchards were breathtaking, especially during the early mornings and evenings. Internet speed was very good for workation. Sumit was very friendly and helpful, offering insightful suggestions about local attractions and things to do. He truly made the experience feel personal and warm.

Dear Vimal,No words can suffice & possibly explain ,just how magical & surreal our stay was at your property.You & your team's behaviour was just so humble & welcoming. I really felt an ease all the while I stayed there. For anyone who has any second thoughts about staying at your gorgeous property, I would love to tell them that the food was extremely delicious.On top of that , it was freshly made there &then & the portion size was just exceptional.The property is surrounded by apple,pear&kiwi orchards.Your property made me feel like that I was legit dreaming. All these years of travelling &staying at different locations & this is easily my best stay yet !! I am so glad I got to experience this with you. Yes , I would call this an "EXPERIENCE" only. There were days when I didn't want to leave the place to visit outside. The sound of flowing water, the birds, the apples and strawberries. I can go on and on.All the best brother. The place is so nice and comfortable. The hotel has a river behind it with paragliders drifting above the river making a very beautiful sunset. The place is very clean and all your needs are taken care of very well. There is a good parking space. We accidentally found this place when we were in need and, Vimal was so helpful with everything that now it feels right to call it our go-to place.

This is an awesome property and Vimal is excellent host. It is just adjusent to river and you can spent time in peace with nature. Food is freshly cooked and tasty. There are plum, apple and Kiwi trees in property which gives a great feel if you are visiting from cities. Rooms are exactly what you see in pictures and maintained well. We felt great staying there.
