Located in Towong, Vic on the Upper Murray River, we offer amazing views of the river, foothills and the Snowy Mountains Range. Our 2 cottages are uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. They are self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse cycle air conditioned. It is just a short drive into Albury, airport & the local shopping centre, the freeway & the golf course.

Rail trails for walking or cycling are nearby as is the Kiewa River and the Hume Weir for fishing and boating enthusiasts.

Shopfront accomodation in the main street

The Lighthouse at 113 Albury Street is situated in the main street of Holbrook close to shops and eateries and 35mins to Albury. A unique stay in that it is an original residence totally renovated to suit the needs of our guests. Building erected around 1905 of timber construction for the purpose of a jewellery store, funeral directors and nursery. It was not lived in for around 10yrs. We were lucky enough to purchase the property in 2017. The upstairs bedroom is a mezzanine floor.

"Tanglewood Cottage" features mud brick walls, a reverse cycle air-conditioner, modern self-contained kitchen with stone bench tops. Bathroom features vanity cabinet with a stone bench top. shower and a front loading washing machine. Comfortable lounge with leather couches & efficient antique fire. Beautiful garden of diverse trees leads to a large olive grove. Sheep and Cattle, fresh local olive oil & marinated olives &fresh herbs & seasonal fruit or vegies. A foodies retreat!

Our hideaway accommodation, Riversedge at Welaregang, is set on 10 acres and is located on the banks of the Murray River between the Upper Murray region of Victoria and the Southern Riverina area of New South Wales not far from the famous Snowy Mountains. An ideal base if your interest is the snow or brilliant in the warmer months if you like to swim or fish for the legendary murray cod. A birdwatchers paradise and surrounded by wildlife Australia is famous for.
