A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a second queen size bed. The guest house is close to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. The Lindholm Garden House

The main house was built in 1935 in the funkis style, a modernistic architecture and interior decoration style and still has a lot of its original charm. The garden house is situated in a shared garden with us but we live in a separate house. The area Arlöv/Burlöv is quiet and peaceful, but still very close to both Malmö and Lund. You can take both bus and train to Malmö and Lund in less than 10 minutes or a direct train to Copenhagen in less than 30 min.

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse! Boendet motsvarade beskrivningen, var rent och välutrustat med allt vi behövde. Kommunikation med Hanna fungerade smidigt och vi kände oss välkomna från början till slut och ett extra plus till serverad fika vid ankomst. Väldigt trevligt och framför allt gott!! Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till andra resenärer.

Cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful guest house and the host! Beautiful design, comfortable, and peaceful. Therese is a very welcoming host, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She also gives great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area itself is quiet and peaceful, with excellent groceries nearby. There are two bus stops within walking distance that can take you into Malmo, and the location is also very accessible by car.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Malmö. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, als Zwischenstopp, aber uns und unserem kleinen Sohn hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Ländliche Bauernhof Atmosphäre, sogar drei Katzen haben uns besucht. Wenn wir wieder mal eine Unterkunft in der Region brauchen, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Für ein paar ruhige Tage sehr zu empfehlen. Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig gelegen abseits der Stadt dennoch ist alles was benötigt wird in 15 min zu erreichen. Gerne wieder 👍🏻

Det röda rummet hos Lars är lagom stort och praktiskt inrett. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område fem minuter från buss 130 som går till Lund och Malmö, och 15-20 min (till fots) från Åkarp station. Det finns en ICA-butik 10 bort. Lars är tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Det bodde andra gäster i de övriga rummen under min vistelse vilket fungerade bra, alla skötte sitt och var måna om att vistelsen skulle fungera för alla. Ett prisvärt boende som verkligen kan rekommenderas!

I stayed with Anders for a month while working in Lund. Right at the beginning of my stay he kindly offered to pick me up from the train station and warmly welcomed me into his home. Anders offered me advice on the public transports, highlights in the area and was always more than willing to help, which made my first weeks in Sweden very easy and nice. The apartment is clean, there is a lot of useful kitchen equipment and the private rooms are very spacious. I always enjoyed having a chat with Anders or spending some time with the cats.
