A true romantic cocoon, perfect for a break for two! Upon arrival, everything exudes care, gentleness and attention: varied and gourmet breakfast, fresh drinks, small snacks... every detail is thought for our well-being. The setting is cozy, warm, conducive to relaxation and daydreaming. You feel pampered, as if in a timeless bubble. A place to recommend without a second thought.

Rositsa’s place is big and tastefully decorated. It can accommodate 6 of us comfortably. Rositsa is super responsive and we have all our questions answered very quickly. There are restaurants nearby and a Carrefour supermarket just 5min walk. The location is very near to Geneva. You can arrive at Geneva airport in just 10min taxi ride, arrive in the Geneva shopping street by bus in just 30-40 min. Overall a very good experience !

The accommodation is excellent: everything is clean, new and very well maintained. It is ideally located in the center, which allows you to do everything on foot without using the car. The sauna and jacuzzi are also a real plus, perfectly functional and very pleasant to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only negative point is the check-in: we were asked for an extra €15 if we wanted to enter a little before 5 p.m., while the accommodation was already ready. This does not seem normal to us, especially since access is via a programmed electronic door. We were in front of the door 30 minutes early and had to call to find a solution. This type of request should be specified in advance and better justified. Apart from that, we recommend this accommodation for its quality, amenities and ideal location.

Beautiful cottage with very beautiful landscapes. the apartment is breathtaking, the magnificent decoration is super spacious with bedding that is very good. it feels like home is so well done. the area is very good the village is also very quiet away from the tumults of big cities. The cottage is very well made, it is composed of common areas with lots of games for families. A friendly place where you feel at home from check-in. Thank you to the hosts who are available and caring. Before we arrive they take the time to message us with all the important information to allow us to prepare for our arrival. I would 100% recommend this place and thank hosts again for their availability🥰

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

This is the second time we've come to Brani's but the first time in the workshop cottage. What a pleasure to be in this accommodation in the heart of the winter grayness to have a good time in the warmth of the Jacuzzi and sauna. It was truly a relaxing bubble. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos . It is very spacious , comfortable and is very nicely decorated. The garden, very well equipped, is beautiful and just as comfortable. The house has all the necessary amenities and especially those for babies and young children. Our kids played with the multitude of games present and loved it! The SPA is great! The location is quiet in the middle of nature, and the walks from the house are very pleasant! A very beautiful region to discover!

We were there to visit the vineyards, make cellars, the accommodation is very well located, close to Sancerre. The house is perfect for resting, comfortable, clean. Perfect for a family . We had a great time and were all seduced by the place. We note this address, which I highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant long weekend in this house. It is perfect for the kids, and for the grown-ups who have kept their childish soul. The garden is pleasant, and the kitchen is particularly well-equipped for a rental house. The game room is exceptional, as are the treasure hunts designed by Fabienne. You'll need to set aside 4 hours to complete the adult version! The outdoor facilities (dining area, spa, barbecue, outdoor games) are very appreciable. There is no place to put deckchairs in front of the house, but there is a hammock for one person. Fabienne was a helpful and pleasant hostess. We would recommend this house!

A timeless, bucolic, and very charming place. We enjoyed our stay at the estate very much. The swimming pool and Nordic bath are a real asset. Our host was very available and friendly. We recommend this place without hesitation.
