Holiday rentals with lake access in Burgundy

Perfect! In all ways for a couple wanting to visit Dijon! Our hosts are lovely people who welcomed us into their home. We are an older American couple and we chose their place because it is a comfortable walk to the old city center and within a beautiful and much loved garden. Additionally, we were offered the use of a garage for our rented car. There is a boulangerie and small grocery store nearby as well as several parks. The superb apartment is furnished beautifully with all one could wish for. Best of all was the opportunity to make the acquaintance of our hosts and learn of the many offers of the Burgundy region. Een heerlijk huisje met lekkere tuin met mooi uitzicht op het meer. De buurt is heel rustig. Langres is een mooie stad op 12 minuten rijden, het meer van Liez is heerlijk om bij lekker weer te vertoeven. Het huisje voldeed prima en vooral de badkamer is prima!

Excellent weekend passé chez Philippe dans sa charmante et paisible propriété. Idéal pour se sentir loin de la ville en y étant. Nous gardons l'adresse dans notre carnet d'adresse pour notre prochain passage.

This place had a simple and understated charm and we relaxed the moment we set foot in the house. We appreciated the coolness as it was extremely hot during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the king size bed upstairs was extremely comfortable. The garden is wonderful with plenty of shade and totally fenced (upper section) Annick and her English speaking friend gave us a very warm and helpful welcome.

Excellent séjour en famille, même si la meteo n'était pas au rendez vous, nous avons apprécié le logement et cette magnifique vue sur le lac nous a permis de nous apaiser. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Very nice place, we stayed during one night stop over on the way south with 2 little kids. Relax place just outside Dijon, garden to relax and the house had all you need, also for small kids (1,5 &3y old) including baby cot, baby chair and some toys! Very friendly couple, we will stay again on the way south!

Wir haben uns hier mit unserem 11-jährigen Sohn und unserem Labrador sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir alle haben den großen Garten und vor allem die Ruhe sehr zur Entschleunigung genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man zum unkomplizierten Wohnen benötigt und auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Es wäre empfehlenswert, wenn man sich für den Anreisetag und für das erste Frühstück bereits ein paar Lebensmittel mitbringt, weil der nächste Supermarkt ca. 12-17 km entfernt liegt. Gewürze, Essig und Öl, sowie Kaffee, Tee und Zucker sind vorhanden. Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel, Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentabs, Handspülmittel und Waschmittel sind vorhanden. Dominique spricht hervorragend Deutsch und war super freundlich. Vielen Dank - wir würden gerne wieder kommen. 🤗

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

This is a delightful apartment, perfectly situated for exploring Dijon. The station is a few minutes away and the pedestrianised historic centre is very close. There are boulangeries and a supermarket on your doorstep. The apartment is fully equipped if you want to cook the delicious produce from the Les Halles market. The rooms have been tastefully furnished and the bed (and couch) are comfortable: we slept well. Jèrèmy communicated very well and we appreciated his thoughtful gifts. This is a top-notch apartment and we recommend it highly.

Walking into Catherine’s apartment was such a treat. It is an oasis of style and elegance. The bonus is that it is a supremely comfortable and well set up apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Annecy. A perfect combination. It’s a truly special place and I feel so fortunate to have stayed there.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé, en plein coeur de la ville, à la fois très agréable et fonctionnel. Très bonne communication avec Agata qui est assez disponible et aux petits soins. Merci beaucoup ! Et puis, c'est un réel plaisir de découvrir cette ville médiévale chargée d'histoire avec ses beaux édifices, ses petites ruelles, ses balades le long du Loing.. On est restés deux jours mais ça nous a paru trop court. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline. L’appartement est tel que mentionné parfaitement décoré et propre. L’emplacement permet de tout faire à pied et les idées données ne manquent pas pas . Nous reviendrons c’est sûr. Le contact avec Caroline est excellent je recommande vivement à tous les propriétaires de venir faire un tour dans ce petit bijou et de s’en inspirer pour leurs futurs locataires.

Beautiful central location and easy to walk to everything. Easy to walk to from train as well. We loved the views out the windows. If it’s hot out and windows are open it’s a bit noisy from city but we loved it.

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement d'Annie fort bien conçu, impeccable et bien équipé. La proximité immédiate et accessible à pied de la maison du Parc National du Morvan et ses nombreux aménagements est un plus indéniable ....

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei James. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Garten ist toll, mit Liegestühlen , Schatten und schönen Pflanzen. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist eine Terrasse. Wenn es draußen sehr heiß ist bleibt es im Haus angenehm kühl. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut zum erholen. Es gibt direkt Möglichkeiten zum Wandern.Zum Baden am See fährt man ca15. min.James und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Florence. Le gîte est très bien adapté pour une famille. Baignade dans le lac à proximité, en y allant à pied depuis le gîte, le sentier dans la forêt au bord du lac est vraiment agréable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Nous avons profité de l'extérieur du gîte, très bien équipé pour que les enfants puissent jouer et pour manger dehors / faire un barbecue. Literie très confortable. Beaucoup de jeux de société et de livres pour enfants. Nous n'avons manqué de rien!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le logement ! Il est vraiment très agréable et bien équipé : nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce dont nous avions besoin, dont de l'équipement pour jeune enfant. À quelques minutes du Lac des Sapins, c'est l'endroit pour se reposer et se ressourcer :) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Moulin de Presly, Virginie nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de simplicité. Tout a été parfait! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquilité du lieu - une vraie pause dans le temps, avec les étangs et les oies qui ajoutaient au dépaysement- le logement très propre et cosy... Notre petit garçon a également grandement apprécié la présence de jouets! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour pouvoir profiter plus longuement et pleinement du lieu! Un grand merci à Virginie!

Rodolphe est un super hôte, prévenant avec une très bonne communication. Le logement est très accueillant, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. nous recommandons.
