Amazing stay ! Sad that it was only for one night for us and we would have liked to stay more. It is worth nothing that the apartment is on the 6th or 7th floor without an elevator which was a bit of struggle since I had senior members with me. No complaints ! It was an amazing stay

We were warmly welcomed and were able to ask questions at any time. It is a wonderful apartment, which is very cozy and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was also available in the kitchen and bathroom to feel very comfortable and to be able to cook delicious meals. The surroundings and excursion destinations are wonderful. Very clean and wonderfully quiet. The bed is super comfy, we slept deep and firm. Parking on the property, which was pure luxury. Our next time is already booked.

Very nice and above all very clean apartment. The location is quiet and you are very well connected by the short distance to the train station. In addition, contact with Andreas is very friendly and proactive.

When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. The hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

Our site manager was super satisfied with his stay at Rico! He liked the stylish and tastefully furnished apartment very much, he felt completely comfortable. We felt very comfortable in Philipp's apartment and slept wonderfully. It is beautifully furnished, there was everything we needed and it is very clean, bright and inviting-friendly with a view of a small park. In the residential area, we found everything we needed within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, garden restaurant, bus stop) and were quickly in the center with the frequently running bus. Philipp always responded quickly to our questions, check-in was straightforward. We were surprised how green Chemnitz is, we liked it there very much and we would love to stay with Philipp again on a next stay.

We immediately felt very comfortable in Luise's apartment! The apartment was as described, the communication was great, the location is great to explore Chemnitz and it is very quiet. Absolute recommendation!

I felt very comfortable. I only needed the apartment to stay overnight because I was traveling during the day. Oliver's mother, who lives in the same house, was very friendly and helpful.

We (2 adults, one daughter 7 years) were guests for 2 nights. We were very well received, the apartment was as described and super clean. We lacked nothing. In the evening, we could even watch deer, foxes and bats from the terrace. Best regards and if it turns out we would come back anytime.

The location is perfect for someone using public transit, and the apartment is a great setup for extended stays. Yoana and Fabian were very kind and responsive hosts. I would like to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

Beautifully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable at Fam Zickmantel. Great importance was attached to ensuring that even the youngest children feel comfortable. Both the play corner and the tree house in the garden make sure that the stay is not boring.

Our stay at the Seglerbogenbande was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and ensured perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other accommodations, which made cooking on site really pleasant. We would particularly like to emphasize how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back!
