Amazing host and a great apartment with an amazing terrace and view! We and our senior cat Gizmo enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was super close too and the neighbourhood was calm and relaxed. We'd definitely choose staying here again!

Es war von Anfang bis zum Ende alles MEGA. Reibungslose Check in, bzw Check out. Im Zimmer ist alles praktisch und bequem ausgerichtet. Man hat fantastischen Blick auf“s Meer. Das Zimmer ist mit kleine, aber sehr bequeme Küche ausgestattet und man findet da alles, was dazu gehört. Gibts auch ne Klimaanlage, Nagelneu 👍👍👍. Irina ist immer erreichbar und gibt nützliche Infos. Bis zum Strand geht man ein paar Meter. Wir waren volle zwei Wochen und sind sehr zufrieden geblieben. Slawa.

Apartament w pełni zgodny z opisem, bardzo wygodny dla jednej pary. Kontakt z Gospodarzem szybki, bezproblemowy, rzeczowy i pomocny. Lokalizacja optymalna dla osób ceniących sobie ciszę i spokój oraz bliskość morza, które można podziwiać pijąc kawę na balkonie :) W niedalekiej odległości (10 minut spacerkiem) przystanek autobusu miejskiego, którym można dojechać do Słonecznego Brzegu czy Nessebar. W pobliżu znajduje się całkiem dobrze zaopatrzony sklep „osiedlowy”, a nieco dalej duży market. Polecamy kawiarenkę deMaman (15 minut spacerem), w której można zjeść pyszne ciasto, ale też śniadania i lunche, całość przygotowywana przez właścicielkę, wszystko świeże i bardzo smaczne (można również kupić na wynos). Będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt i z czystym sumieniem polecać to miejsce innym. Pozdrawiamy, Agnieszka i Michał.

Elizabet's apartment is brilliant and has an amazing sea view. There is everything you need for the living, kitchen is fully equipped. Clean and tidy apartment. Elizabet is a really nice host. I recommend her apartment.

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Çok güzel bir konumda çok rahat ve konforlu bir evdi. Her yer tüm odalar tertemizdi. Ev sahibi de son derece dost canlısıydı. Her şeyden memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

Вилата е разположена на страхотно място в Созопол. Просторна е, с хубави, достатъчно големи спални, огромно общо помещение с всичко необходимо за спокоен престой на морето. На пешеходно разстояние се намира ресторант Райски залив, а на близо 1.8 км е ресторант Далян Чайка. На пешеходно разстояние е и от Bamboo beach. Със сигурност бих посетил отново и препоръчвам с две ръце на все още колебаещите се.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Très bon séjour passé à Sozopol. L’appartement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la plage. La vue mer est incroyable.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

Beautiful place! Nice view, very spacious, kind host and great communication! We will visit this place again for sure.

Жилье находится на территории большого комплекса есть бассейны . На улице достаточно места для бесплатной парковки с этим проблем не возникло . В целом уютный номер чтоб остаться на пару дней . Их приятного есть чай и кофе , а также хозяин позаботился о мелочах которых часто нехватке в таких кондоминимумах. Есть соль ,перец и даже растительное масло, чтоб вам как гостю было комфортно и не нужно идти покупать это все и вы можете приготовить себе завтрак ) Окна выходят не в центр двора где бассейны и это большой плюс ,так как в летний сезон там будет очень шумно . Есть отличный баллончик со столиком и стульями где можно расслабиться и отдохнуть ) Нам в целом все понравилось особенно подкупить мелочи о которых написали выше ) Остановились бы ещё раз )

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Nice place!

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

Great place to stay close to the sea garden

Wat een heerlijk verblijf bij Rosehomes in Sozopol! Het appartement is ruim, luxe ingericht en heeft een fijne buitenruimte om te relaxen. De geblindeerde ramen zorgen voor extra privacy en rust. De smart TV is ideaal om na een stranddag je favoriete serie te streamen. Alles was brandschoon en we werden warm verwelkomd met huisgemaakt zuurdesembrood en koude drankjes in de koelkast, een attent gebaar dat het verschil maakt. De privéparkeerplek is ook een fijne bijkomstigheid. Sozopol is een bruisend en sfeervol stadje vol historie, natuur, leuke restaurants en de zee op steenworp afstand en maar 25 minuutjes met de auto van Burgas verwijderd. De beach club op loopafstand is schoon, stijlvol en heerlijk om te ontspannen. Bovendien ligt er een grote Lidl om de hoek, ideaal voor je dagelijkse boodschappen. Kortom: een compleet, comfortabel en sfeervol verblijf op een toplocatie. Ik kom hier zéker nog eens terug!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
