Thank you very much! The house is very clean and bright, with everything necessary for a family! The kids were thrilled with the trampoline, hammock, swings, large yard, lawn and grill, and the adults also appreciated all the amenities. There is enough dishes in the kitchen, and the bathrooms are clean and well ventilated. Special thanks for the coffee machine and delicious coffee ❤️. Ivaylo, the owner of the house, is a bright and kind personality. He helped us start the car when the battery died, coming with his own cables to help us! We hope to return and stay at this place again. Ivaylo, thank you for the warm and friendly welcome!

We really enjoyed the location. Pro: Suitable for 2-3 couples with kids; nice garden; barbecue; fair internet connection if want to work for couple of days; garage for car; walking distance from shop/market; Cons: the street don't have a name so it took a while to find it.

Jordan’s place was extremely nice with great location and everything you need to fully enjoy a peaceful time in Strandja mountain! Lots of trails for hiking at walkable distance. Jordan was super helpful as a host. We had to checkout late in the afternoon and he was very polite and understanding of the situation.

Had a perfect place to spend our weekend !

A pleasant house with friendly owners. Everything is clean, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

Second time we are visiting Diana’s place and absolutely love it. Very tranquil and rural place, 10 minutes to Tsarevo’s big stores and close to cool beaches. Area is calm and house is authentic, yet modernised. Host is very responsive with local recommendations and quick to help with anything. Highly recommend for families or just people looking for a chill place to rest at.

owner was very king, we had some minor problems but norhing to say bad. Very good place, not far from sunny beach.

Our stay at Vasileya's house was awesome. Although she wasn't there herself her mother was an excellent host. She greeted everyone and was always there to listen and help out with all our additional requests during the whole stay. We had at our disposal not only our rooms but the common spaces too. This villa is perfect for a big family or for a big group of friends. The swimming-pool is really nice, sauna too! You have a really good view in the 2nd floor, all the rooms are great.. You have a space near the barbecue very cool... Mother and sister of Maya are very friendly and available. Again thanks you Maya, it was a very good pleasure in Varvara!! I recommand it! Nice accommodation near the beach. In addition, there is also a shop available, and otherwise also within a few minutes' walk from the Lidl. Old town Sozopol can be done on foot (+-25 min) along the beaches. Nice seating area to have breakfast outside in the morning or to relax. Recommended!

Great and quite place close to the beach!

Leo’s place was perfect for our family holiday! It was spacious and modern. Every detail was well thought out, so you can relax when you arrive. We loved the large living room/kitchen as well as the terrace with seating area & dining table to eat the meals we barbecued. The pool was clean and refreshing. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the upper terrace to watch the sunrise and sunset. Leo was a great host and quickly responded to our questions. We highly recommend Leo’s villa!

The house was lovely and exactly as described. The area has a couple of supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurant near the house. It was fantastic having a private pool. Perfect location for peace and quiet while having amenities near by within walking distance!

We traveled with eight people, a family trip, comfortable, large apartment met our needs. The common areas are also large. There was a private bathroom for all rooms. The pool in the listing was regularly cleaned by the children and enjoyed it. For half an hour by car, there are many beach shopping opportunities.

Good value for money. Amazing kitchen equipment, and a great yard . The only small disadvantage was that the water in the area is not really clean which makes washing the dishes a bit challenging. Other than that, the place was very clean.
