The unit has a separate bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (microwave and hot plate provided) equipped with the basics for cooking and eating. The open plan lounge room has a sofa, a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. Easy drive to the sunshine coast also close to North West or Prince Charles Hospital.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to a bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City. Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
