Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bulli

We loved our stay at Alana’s place. We needed somewhere quickly due to issues with our house, and Alana was super responsive and helpful when we needed it the most. The house was super comfortable for the three of us and our two dogs. The backyard was great for them to run around. Kitchen was well stocked which was also super helpful! Location was great, right near the beach. It’s on a main (ish) road but wasn’t too loud or disruptive. Thanks so much for having us!!

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Becky’s place was so lovely. My family only stayed one night because of a wedding but we wished we’d stayed longer. The house was spacious, clean and most of all warm! The central heating and layers of bedding was the cherry on top during the cold nights/ mornings. It also had the added extra of a cute Shetland pony nearby to watch. I’d definitely here stay again.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We just had a lovely 3 nights at Barefoot House at Culburra. Susannah was a lovely host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is just beautiful. It was warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and see the lake sparkling through the windows. The house is so well styled and it just feels relaxing which is what the wknd was about. A lovely place to spend time with family, close to the beach, 15 mins walk to the shops which has a really cool brewery and coffee shops. All the rooms have big comfortable beds which is also what you want for a relaxing break. A really great place to stay! Highly recommend the house to anyone. Thanks Susannah again for being a great host.

We had such a wonderful time at Milkwood Barn. The space is beautifully designed, and my kids absolutely loved the treehouse! It was also so convenient being just a short drive from Berry, such a perfect spot for a little getaway.

Great place, I won’t hesitate to recommend. Chris was very friendly. Even informed us when the place was ready for us so we could check in early. Easy check in, with no fuss keypad entry. Suitable for couples. No room for kids. Bathroom was spacious. Very comfy sofa to put your feet up and watch tv. Lovely spot. Short walk to Spit Rd and buses to the city. Clontarf Reserve is a very pretty spot with a lovely marina/cafe extending over the water. Shops are a short drive away.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful and comfortable home with lots of character. Felt like I was at home. The area is one of my favourites and didn’t disappoint. I would definitely love to stay again.

One of the Best Airbnbs I’ve Stayed In This place stands out as one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The space is generous and beautifully arranged, offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything was perfectly prepared to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and tool you could possibly need, far beyond the usual basics. There were even thoughtful extras, like umbrellas and a welcome gift, which added a personal touch that made a real difference. We felt completely at ease throughout our time there. Every detail had been considered, which made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a well-equipped, beautifully maintained home away from home.

Debbie's place was such a perfect space and location to spend a weekend in Bowral. The apartment feels more like a house as it was very spacious yet cosy, with two separate living areas, all the amenities you would need (and more). We loved the fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and supply of books and boardgames which made us feel right at home. Set on a quiet street, only 10 mins walk intow town, the location was also perfect. Thank you Debbie, we hope to be able to stay again in future!

First time in Australia, and what a way to start! We had a great stay in the Bowral area, the house ticked every box we had – location / size / amenities to name a few; it was close (walking 2min) to where we needed to be daily - Milton Park Hotel, and all comms with Sara went very well, with assistance on any queries we had – sometimes on a daily basis! Georgia's place in Moss Vale is superb for large families and groups of friends. This was our second visit and as delightful as the first. The home is in a stunningly beautiful and serene setting, and the place itself is decorated and feels like a true home away from home. Georgia is a great host, and nothing was too much trouble, always responsive and friendly.

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. The facilities were fantastic and exactly what we needed. The home was spacious and furnished comfortably, and the amenities were clean and well looked after. truly a beautiful stay. the home was clean, comfortable and homely. spending nights by the fire place rugged up watching movies to listening to the nature in the mornings upon waking up, this place gives you a piece of home away from home. Peter was extremely easy to speak with and very helpful with any questions that needed answering, he was attentive and friendly. the amenities were nothing short of fantastic with everything you need. the only thing you need to bring is yourself, some food/drinks and you are all set to relax and enjoy the stunning property and it’s amazing views. will definitely be back to stay and try out another one of the lovely homes on the estate! Thank you Jo and Greg for a wonderful two night stay in The Villa. The home was so welcoming, spotlessly clean, warm on a cold night and the beds were extremely comfortable and luxurious. Jo and Greg even had the home warmed for our arrival on a cold night. The Villa has such a lovely homely luxurious feel to it and it has everything and more that one could want in a luxury stay. It is also greatly located and you can walk to everything in the Main Street very easily - we walked to Harry’s on Green Lane for dinner and to The Press Shop for brunch. It was such a lovely weekend, I came to NSW from WA to see my daughter and share the weekend with her in Bowral celebrating joint birthdays. Thanks again Jo and Greg we highly recommend your lovely Villa and would love to stay again one day in the future.
