Fantastic Stay, a great option for Families even with small kids! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Yanislav's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us as we were staying with kids - walking distance to beach and a big park. a lot of options to dine out and a shop across the street if you are staying in The host was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We especially loved the well equiped kitchen, completed with dishwasher! It was the perfect home base for our family vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

The appartment is big and equipped with everything we needed. It is quiet new and clean. The best thing about it is the amazing view, the noise of the birds around in the evening. The sundeck is pretty good sized, so we did our morning gymnastics with this view, had breakfast outside after. We highly recomment it!

We were here for the second year. Same as the last year, exactly what you need from an apartment for a seaside vacation. Everything was perfect. Apartment was clean, we had all that we needed, swimming pool was also clean and as always the host is very friendly and helpful in anything you want. We strongly recommend this apartment. Чист и приветлив апартамент в спокоен квартал, с място за паркиране. Какво друго му трябва на човек, освен любезни и отзивчиви домакини като г-н Янев?! Всичко това, намерих при престоя си на това място. Препоръчвам!

The place was clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you may need even for a longer stay. The location is quiet, yet very close to the center and the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to be a guest there. I'd strongly recommend Bendita House for both family and business trips.

L’emplacement de la maison est parfait, à seulement quelques pas du parc et de la rue principale où l’on trouve de nombreux restaurants et cafés. L’hôte est un monsieur âgé très aimable et toujours souriant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était très propre et agréablement parfumé. C’est un lieu idéal pour passer la nuit, même s’il n’y a pas de cuisine pour cuisiner. Du café instantané et du thé sont néanmoins mis à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Une très belle expérience que je recommande chaleureusement.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Villa très spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds pour se rendre à varna il faut privilégier les taxis locaux. Thierry est très disponible en cas de besoin, il répond rapidement.

Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!

We stayed here for 2 nights and we didn’t want to leave. Nikolai and Daniella were amazing hosts. So friendly and made us feel very welcome . The property is absolutely stunning, it’s got everything we needed and more. It was beautifully clean and maintained . If you are after a peaceful , relaxing holiday then you have found the right place. Uninterrupted amazing views , fresh eggs from their own chickens, and the beautiful dogs Rosie and Bobby. We will definitely be returning. The hot tub had views to die for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ fully equipped kitchen Amazing heated pool Hot tub Sauna Plenty of sunbeds and spots to soak up the sun. A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage bei Julie verbracht. Ihr Manager hat uns einchecken lassen und war auch sehr freundlich. Da die Adresse nicht mit der angezeigten übereinstimmte, musste der Manager uns abholen. Das könnte man in Zukunft besser machen. Zufuß zum Strand geht es in ca 20 min über einen steilen Feldweg und hohes Gras. Der Weg lohnt sich dennoch. Auch die Strände in der Nähe sind toll, dann aber besser per Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt müsste hier und da etwas erneuert werden. Dennoch war es das Geld wert. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Da man mitten in der Natur ist, sollte man keine Angst vor Tieren haben, die sieht man dort öfters. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Amazing taste in home design/decor and an incredibly helpful and friendly host who always answered right away. The beach and pool are easily accessible, beds are spacious and the separate bathrooms were spotless, BBQ and kitchen stove worked great, garden cats were cute and abundant and the backyard patio was equipped for smokers and featured a remote control roof that could let the breeze in. Our stay was overall magnificent and we had a marvelous time. We even looked up the furniture and knick-knacks online to take ideas for our own homes because we loved it so much there. We would definitely love to come back again for another summer vacation.

A great place with easy access to the Sea Garden and city center, as well as lots of shops nearby. Felt right at home.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Ein richtig toller Ort zum Entspannen! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt - die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex gelegen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool, in dem man morgens ganz alleine schwimmen konnte. Viele Strände sind in der Nähe. Ivan & Mirella haben auch immer superschnell reagiert & waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a central location but incredibly calm and safe — a perfect combination. The bed was very comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including bakeware, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and even wine glasses. The space is beautifully thought out — it truly felt like home. Stable internet was a big plus as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
