The place is truly amazing! It is so peaceful, yet filled with many activities. One night just isn't enough. The caretakers are also very helpful and friendly :) We will definitely come back!

Our stay is superb!!! No hassle at all and the host are all nice and responsive to my queries during our stay. The place is clean and well maintained. The beds are all comfortable, and complete amenities also. We will surely go back ❤️❤️❤️

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! Had a wonderful stay and would recommend for family staycations. The place exceeded our expectations from the photos. An extra fan or AC unit would be nice for the loft area, as it can be hot at noon and afternoon. A table in the main living room would also be good for more space to put down belongings. Would book the place again!

We had a nice stay at Andrea's place! Worth every peso. AC was perfect for the hot weather.

Looks exactly like the photos. Just bring your own cutlery and big rice cooker if you are huge groups. Ate caretaker is very helpful with us. Its just unfortunate that it was raining hard and we could’nt turn on the lights in the pool. But weather is unpredictable. Overall, our family had fun and we were 40 and we all fit. Could easily fit more.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

We had an amazing stay! 🎉 The house was beautiful, super clean, and the rooms felt just like a hotel – comfy beds, fresh linens, and stylish decor. Perfect for our big family group – we really appreciated the host accommodating all of us, and even allowing a late checkout (lifesaver!). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family – and we’d love to book again in the future. Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

It was gracious of the host to let us check in early. My mom commented on how clean the rooms were as compared to other more expensive Airbnbs we've stayed in. Ate Carol and staff were always present to help us with our needs. They even offered to help fetch us some items that we needed in the public market. Best part of our stay was when we had a boodle fight dinner and our Noche Buena later on that night. They have a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and utensils for our family of 20. The property has plenty of space for everyone to lounge about. A bummer that there is a dam that blocks the riverview. The riverview was one of the reasons we booked the property. Nevertheless, we still find the property very cozy and charming. It offers good value for money due to the facilities and beautiful spaces.

A very beautiful home. Great place to spend time with family, very spacious and beds are comfortable. Place is very clean. Highly recommended for big groups, whether with family, friends or even team buidling activities. 👍👍👍

Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

March's place was so much more than just accomodation! It felt like home ❣️Everything we needed was there, and if we could spend more time in Pampanga we would definitely spend it there! My family and i had a very pleasant stay at Juli’s place. It was clean, well equipped, secured and as beautiful as the photos. Communication with Juli was very easy. The caretaker, Daisy, was very helpful theoughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the board games and the projector. Highly recommend this place when visiting Angeles.

I like that the house is near Clark where we planned to tour around.. the swimming pool inside the house was amazing.. the house was spacious enough for us and felt like home. Thank you to the host for allowing us to leave our sansrival cake inside the re while we toured the Dinosaur Island and got it back by lunch time. Appreciate it. Highly recommendable.

The house is very nice and easy to locate. Also has a lot of stores nearby so buying food and whatever you need is convenient.

Anj is a very helpful and quick to respond. Internet is ok, pool is very clean the house is also clean. Stay is beside their house but you dont see them so its very private. They clean the pool frequently and they have free drinking water and coffee. Thank you very much for accommodating us and our furbabies. Neighborhood is inside subdivision so its very safe. Surroundings are very quiet. Aircon is ok on all bedrooms. But the bedroom with 3 queen beds sometimes still hot inside due to extreme heat in philippines.

The place itself was great, clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host and staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were incredibly understanding, responsive, and professional at every step. I truly appreciate their hospitality.
