Cozy and quiet top-floor apartment just a 10-minute walk from the ski lift, 5 min to the next supermarket, cafés and restaurants. There is a decorative fireplace, a work desk and reliable WiFi connection (75mb/s). The apartment features a washing machine, dishwasher and a rooftop window in the bedroom (you can watch the stars at night). There is a big balcony with a mountain view. The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

Our place was recently fully renovated to a high standard. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

It is located in a quiet corner of Bansko while being within a few hundred meters of the bustling gondola area and hike starting points up Pirin mountain.

The starting station of the cable car is about 20 minutes walking distance. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away. We offer independent accommodation as well as welcome, it depends on the wishes of the guests.
