Brand New Designer Villa Surrounded by Nature

Chi ChiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wonderful stay here in a quiet village not too far from Sideman (15-20 mins via scooter.) I came here for some quiet restoration from Ubud’s buzz and relaxed solo for three nights whilst ordering all my meals from the nearby restaurant by the same owners and they delivered exquisite Italian food. The place is lovely with a view of Mt Agung & lush surroundings. Service and communication was excellent from start to finish. Pak was so kind he even retrieved some medication for me so I didn’t have to leave the villa and organised a masseuse to come and give me a treatment from my bed! Humble yet luxurious, a fine balance indeed. The only thing that I would note is if you are sensitive to sound, you might want some Bluetooth earphones or earplugs in the daytime as it’s close to the main street BUT this is NOT an issue in the evening as all you hear are divine sounds of nature. If you do not like frogs & other insects, this is not the place for you as they like to visit. Must stay!

Amazing place lost in the rice fields, the sunrises were beautiful in the morning, so quiet and soothing. Komang was friendly and available. The best place in the Sidemen area without hesitation!

Magic Hills Bali - Nomad House | Magical Eco Lodge

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We spent two nights at the Magic Hillas at the Nomad villa. The accommodation is breathtaking... if you want to stay in an unusual setting, don't hesitate. The staff was super responsive, we communicated via what's app and we could also order food etc. We did a tracking activity around the villa with a superb Guide, we visited the premises and learned about Balinese culture. At night the animals can be heard, but they have installed a mosquito net. I advise you to wear a mask to sleep if, like me, the light bothers you, however the sunrise with the view is breathtaking! This place is perfect if you want to cut yourself off from everything and rest, which we did. Small point on the kitchen; moderately appreciated but there are other restaurants nearby. Thanks again for everything. It was a stay we won't forget. ☀️🌴 Terimakashi

Bamboo Treehouse with breakfast in Sidemen

OliviaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The place is just beautiful – you have to experience something like this when you're in Bali! The open construction, the nature all around and the fantastic view of the volcano at sunrise and sunset are truly unforgettable. My partner and I slept here as well as rarely before – the sound of nature was just magical. But a small note for Bali beginners or people who can't cope well with nature: This villa is not for beginners. Due to the open construction, you will encounter geckos, frogs & Co. more often – be it in the kitchen, in the bathroom or just relaxing. It wasn't a problem for us, rather a part of the experience, but you should know what you're getting into. Overall: If you love nature and are looking for peace, you will find this place as fantastic as we are.

Bamboo Suite 1BR - Private Pool + Rice Field View

Yuan TingRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This hotel is newly built, so it is very clean. The interior facilities are tidy, and the bathroom is outdoors. The air conditioning in the room is sufficiently cool, and there are mosquito nets to prevent insects. The location and environment is quiet and beautiful, very picturesque. The only thing to note is that due to the outdoor setting, the sound insulation is poor, and at night, you can hear neighbors moving around and talking. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a very good lodging experience.

House on a Enchanted Jungle Valley

NadineRating, 5 stars6 days ago
As so many have said before, this is a magical, enchanted place that offers an unforgettable experience to nature lovers and/or people who are sensitive to the special energy of Bali. The premises are vast and unique with an unusual temple complex right in the middle. The views from the cabin and the common area (bale structure for eating) are breathtaking. Each evening, just before sundown, we heard the village priest's chanting and gamelan orchestra, including a flute that sounded like it came from another world, travelling over from across the valley. If you're into this kind of thing, go next door, down to the river, for a special guided water purification ritual (melukat). Yes, communication was sometimes a bit tricky, but the staff are all so friendly and helpful, things always worked out. The place was squeaky clean, considering it's in the middle of the jungle. Food was thoughtfully cooked and pesented. We loved our time in Sangeh, suksma to everyone!
