all is good.. entire unit are clean, wifi very fast, aircon running well.. very strategist location.. surrounded by food stall and convinience store..

The apartment is on the side of the w hotel. It’s on floor 25 and sometimes I had to wait for the lift a while. There was no hot water but as it was so hot outside the cold shower was refreshing. The TVs did not work well but certainly they can be fixed. Washing dryer etc worked very well. Generally I was extremely pleased with everything and I would recommend this place to stay. It’s good value and a great location with a great view. Thank you

We stayed at Michael's house as a family of five. The apartment is stunning and conveniently located near all of Kuala Lumpur's attractions. Coffee shops and grocery stores are located right outside the building. The pool is open until 10 p.m. and was a big hit with the kids. Michael even permitted us to check out later than scheduled. It was a fantastic stay all around.

Had a great overnight stay! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and just like the photos. We accidentally lost our keys late at night, and he kindly sent over a spare without any hassle. He was super understanding and helpful, and his instructions throughout were clear and easy to follow.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities! We had a fantastic experience staying at this unit! The place was spotless and well-maintained. All the facilities provided were top-notch. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus—having the ability to do laundry during our stay was so convenient and really helped us out! The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and unwind, offering breathtaking views. It was so relaxing to just sit out there and enjoy the scenery—truly a peaceful escape. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Sue's place is amazing, very well maintained, spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Close to big mall and donki2 is just a few minute walk. I would really recommend this place.

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

The house is super clean. Very spacious . Comfortable. More important you don't have to fight for bathrooms 😂 6 bedroom 6 bathroom very suitable for big family. The host is responsive and polite.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

OMG OMG , me and my husband really enjoyed our stay and we felt like at home. The unit was clean and convenient. The balcony view was superb !!! Magnificent !! I really love this place. Great location and unit. We came with a few families, so we had a private kitchenette, and all rooms had an en-suite bathroom. There are two separate common areas for everyone to hang out! The location is right outside Pavilion, and it’s a quick Grab ride to TRX Mall. No need for GrabFood—there are many late-night restaurants open nearby! The staff were helpful! We forgot one of our bags, and the staff handled it quickly. We were so grateful for their help.

Amazing location as the apartment is so close and walkable to Pavilion mall, KLCC, Jalan Alor and many other locations. The apartment itself is perfect! Clean, well managed and clear instructions. They provided towels, shower gels, toilet roll too. The view is fantastic and my family loved staring out of the window towards TRX mall. The apartment building is very busy though! The lifts are constantly full and the infinity pool (despite being beautiful) is super busy. It’s also connected to the sleeping lion hotel so the roads surrounding get crowded with taxi services and cars. It takes a while to get in and out at rush hours. The lobby is also super busy. Mido were very good hosts and even let us keep our luggage for free at their office directly outside the building. Very helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was seamless and easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.

First of all hats off to the host for being so meticulous and thoutful about the needs of the visitors. The suit was well equipped and was very handy as we travelled light. It felt like home and was very clean. The host also responded quickly to all the queries. This place is also very close to most of the major attractions in KL. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place if anyone's visiting KL.

We had a fantastic stay. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Carine was so helpful and always responsive. The apartment was as the pictures/photos. It was very clean and location was excellent for restaurants and shopping. Given the chance, we would most definitely stay here again.
