So far, nice yung place. Spacious pang family or pang barkadahan. May videoke na din. There's kitchen and utensils. No aircon needed kasi malamig na yung place. And overlooking yung place peaceful talaga. Walang signal pero may wifi naman. SULIT!👌☺️

Our stay at the Airbnb house in Malaybalay City was simply fantastic. The owner was incredibly responsive, even accommodating our late check-in. The affordability was impressive, and renting the whole house provided us with utmost comfort. Privacy was ensured, and having access to a well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. The reliable internet and safe parking space were added bonuses. We will definitely choose this house again when we visit Malaybalay City. Highly recommended!

We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

It really felt like home! It’s quaint and we loved how peaceful the place is, perfect if you want to be close to nature. I’ve read some reviews saying the internet connection is slow or sometimes non-existent, well for us it’s just ideal as we love to disconnect for a couple of days. We will definitely be back.

the place was so clean, and there's no unpleasant smell anywhere in the unit. a very well organized and well decorated house/room, the Jungle themed bath tub was really relaxing and the tub was spotless. even the furnitures were squeaky clean. all in all I had fun staying in the place and it was really relaxing and convenient because there's also an honesty store which is an extra amenity. overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to everyone. probably gonna return soon ♥️ Thanks ma'am Dunna and sir Jorge ♥️

Mabale Homestead has become my second home while I am visiting family in CDO. This was my fourth long term stay. Always very clean with all the household items you will need. Air con in bedrooms are amazing! Water cooler in the kitchen is a blessing on hot days and the WiFi is consistent (I am able to VPN to USA for work every day). The house is quite spacious with a great room where the family can congregate together while cooking, eating, and gathering in the sitting area. Ate Alice and her beautiful family have become good friends and we enjoy our time with them very much (and don’t forget the dogs!) Centrally located in Nazareth, it is very easy to get everywhere in CDO! Susie is great and we are very appreciative of her flexibility and kindness. Highly recommend this space in CDO! And I look forward to returning later this year for the holidays! Thank you Alice and Susie! We will be back!!

We love our stay. Miss Leah is a very proactive host. Phone signal intermittently cuts off but aside from that it was perfect. The place is very accessible.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb located right in the heart of Impasugong—exactly where my family wanted to be, especially since we planned to visit the Communal Ranch. It was the perfect spot, super close to our destination. The apartment itself was spacious and well-suited for big groups. We really appreciated how comfortable and accommodating it was for our family. One thing that could be improved is transparency in the listing. There was no mention of a dog in the yard, which might be important info for some travelers—especially foreigners who may not be used to the noise or are sensitive to it. That said, we understand it’s very common in the Philippines to have guard dogs outside the home. Overall, we highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. It was a great stay and served our needs perfectly!

We had an amazing 8-day stay here! The place is incredibly aesthetic, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was very accommodating, providing clear instructions and making sure everything we needed was well provided—even going above and beyond by offering us free snacks and food for several days, which we truly appreciated. We had a problem with our things on our way home, and the host was extremely patient and helpful, which made all the difference with the effort they put with us. We are beyond grateful. The location is also great—just near a basketball court for my husband to play, and perfect for work too, thanks to the fast internet connection. They even have a laundry area and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was just so well done, and we couldn’t ask for more. We are consistent in our bookings in CDO, 2 times in a year for 7-8 days, and we’ll definitely be booking here from now on! Thank you so much for the experience.
