Beautiful house, many other houses around it, but fantastic views.

everything was perfect. the road to the guesthouse is a bit tricky and narrow, but that's it 👍

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. We spent our first Istria holidays here as a couple with a small dog. The accommodation was super modern, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area with beautiful pool and green turnaround was also great and since it was also completely fenced, our small dog was also able to enjoy full freedom. Andreja also left the additional hot tub on the terrace in May at our request, which we appreciated very much, as it was unfortunately too cold due to the weather to bathe in the pool. BBQ an extra plus. You are definitely dependent on a car, but as a starting point it was very great with about a 30-minute drive to Porec and Rovinj and about 40 minutes to Pula. So there is a lot to do in the nearby area, and you can still relax and unwind in this accommodation. We are more than happy to recommend:)

We, a family with a child and a dog, spent a week with Meri and her husband. It was a very relaxing week and we felt comfortable. The accommodation is exactly as described and our child enjoyed the pool and the dog the completely fenced garden. Also the welcome food plate with cold cuts and cheese, fruit and drinks saved us cooking after arrival and was very accommodating, thank you again😉 The only thing I would wish for is either a mosquito net on the bedroom window or for the bed...or info that you should take something like that with you and maybe a thicker pad or mattress for the "sofa bed"😉 Meri as a host is very nice and attentive and we also gladly used her good tips. The area is also recommended, far enough from Turi Trübel yet close enough to make great excursions in every direction. Thanks again Meri for the wonderful time with you! We will be happy to come back.😁

we spent a family vacation in Elvis' villa (two adults and three children) and we had a great time, the description and photos correspond to what we found, Elvis and his wife were very nice and helpful, we recommend both the villa and the area.

We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and the garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to swim here. The house is very practical and beautifully furnished, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally, you can hear party guests from other houses. This location is still absolutely recommended!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super communicative and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.

We had a great stay at Lukes lovely and clean apartment! The space was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. While a few small details were missing—like tissues in the bathroom and a bit more tableware (extra bowls, plates, and cups would help when cooking and eating twice a day with four people e.g. breakfast and diner)—these were minor things that didn’t affect the overall experience. We cooked all our meals there and didn’t eat out at all, and the kitchen was functional and clean. Overall, it was a peaceful and cozy place that we would definitely return to. Highly recommended for a calm and comfortable getaway!

Luka and his gorgeous villa deserve more than five stars. The home is breathtaking, historical, and renovated with love and respect for the previous generations. Every detail was considered and we only wish we could have stayed longer! The property and location are just stunning and a perfect place to share time with loved ones. We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

Amazing and modern House, we could have stayed way longer and hope to come back as soon as possible!

The house is furnished with high-quality furniture and decorations, and it is almost brand new. The beds are very nice, spacious, the house is absolutely comfortable for 8 people, ideal for groups of friends. The kitchen is superbly equipped - from the wine cooler to the scales, there is everything, basic spices, flours, sugar, dishwashing tools/agents, also for the dishwasher, enough tableware for 10 people. The garden is small, but very nicely arranged, the pool is beautifully clean, with comfortable sun loungers, a large table for evening dining. It is equipped as if you were arranging it for yourself, you only have to bring the clothes, everything else is there!

Stayed here with a group of friends, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very tempted to come again!
