Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Buffalo National River

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

A private, clean space with a nice view and close to nearby outdoor recreation activities. The cabin is nicely appointed and comes with unexpected extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. Highly recommended!

This house is lovely and comfortable. The game room was fun. Walking distance to 2 restaurants and a couple shops in town. Great location for driving to all the scenic views, waterfalls, Buffalo National River. Highly recommend!

We had a wedding in the area and the boxley house was just what we needed! Maggie gave us detailed instructions to get to the house and food recommendations as there isn’t really anything around! If we find ourselves back in the area, we would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was a highlight — fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Nice place, 3 bedrooms, comfortable, spacious, clean, easy to find. Very good price for the weekend we stayed. Conveniently located in Marshall with restaurants, gro store, etc. Has a clothes washer and dryer that came in handy. We needed some dishwashing liquid, but I messaged her, and she brought some right over. Good for trip to Buffalo River area. She has sliding doors on tracks for the bedrooms and bathroom, and I would prefer regular doors on hinges, but it worked. Dogs from across the street approached us and barked aggressively, but they did not cross over into our yard.

Carolina's place is beautiful and roomy! The decor is a wonderful combination of upscale and comfort. As an avid cook, I found everything I needed in her kitchen. And the bedroom/bathroom suite was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Her beautiful deck is a backyard haven in the woods. She also provides an in-depth House Manual clearly outlining "how to's," which also includes a lot of other helpful information about the surrounding area and "what to do's." I highly recommend this place and will be coming back!

Awesome place tucked away in the mountains. Very secluded but still close enough to town. Loved all the amenities from the hot tub to the fire pit area. Loved the front porch for seating in the morning.

This was probably one of my most favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It was so cozy and nice, it was clean, I felt so welcomed and it had everything I needed. The space was also so large and spacious I I could breathe and walk around without being cramped like a lot of Airbnbs feel. Greer really did the most to make me feel comfortable there too, leaving a note explaining that a variety of snacks were available and listed all the different streaming services that she had available to watch tv. The bathroom was very nice, the washer and dryer were large allowing me to actually do good laundry that I’ve been struggling to do on this roadtrip. And it just felt so good being there. I wish I had stayed for more than one night but as soon as I get the chance I will be back. Huge shoutout to Greer for having a great place for people like me to stay. I recommend this place to everyone that comes to the area!

I could never say enough great things about this apartment. It was even cuter in person than in the photos. Walt and Amy responded to any questions I had very quickly and they were always kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. The location was less than 2 miles from the baseball fields my son was playing on. There was also a music fest all weekend in the park across the street. So after a long day of baseball, we were able to sit on the back patio and enjoy the music. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Excellent service, a pleasure to stay with them every time

a wonderful spot for an in-between point of floating on the buffalo river and other nature hiking trails in the area. The stay was nice and Melissa has done a nice job of landscaping and outdoor areas around the property that feel nice. plus there is a little waterway nearby that had some frogs singing at night to make it nice and peaceful. one word of warning the area around Jasper appears to be a dead zone for AT&T. I made the mistake of not looking at the instructions and only putting in the address so I was a bit confused at first. but Melissa was there and noticed us looking lost and was able to tell us what we needed to do to get in.

We had a wonderful stay. This property is beautiful and has a beautiful pond. We lived the stay, bed was super comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Host was very responsive. We loved it and would stay again.

Amy’s Blue Jay house is really cute and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable and she provides extra blankets and nice fluffy towels. The house is very clean and has a nice front and back porch. The neighbors were nice and the yard is spacious and green. Parking is easy and private. Amy was great about communicating. The neighborhood is walkable with a nearby park with a walking track and playgrounds. There’s even a library just a couple of houses down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and am so grateful that Amy made her home available.

Great peaceful place to stay!

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.
