This is the third time we've stayed in one of Adam's apartments. We've stayed in a different one each time and are never disappointed. Adam is very friendly and responsive. The units are within walking distance of the excellent Bluff Hills Coop and restaurants. This particular unit was very quiet as it overlooked the parking lot and was set back from the street and any pedestrian noise. All the units have been very clean and comfortable. Will continue to come back! While in Winona, we recommend Nosh Scratch Kitchen - ate their twice and their paella is very tasty! We also dined for the first time at Muddled Thyme which had delicious brick oven pizza, a cute and cozy atmosphere and friendly service. We look forward to checking out The Lafayette bar next time which I was told is very fun. And, don't miss the Marine Art Museum - always a great experience.

We had the most wonderful anniversary getaway at Hattie’s Place! Nestled in the quiet charm of Rollingstone, this spot was the perfect escape. The town itself is peaceful and picturesque—a hidden gem that feels like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. Debra thought of absolutely everything when decorating and stocking Hattie’s Place. From the cozy, thoughtfully curated decor to the fully equipped kitchen and little extras throughout the home, it was clear she put great care into making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What made the experience even better was Debra’s communication. She was incredibly responsive and offered personalized recommendations that made our visit feel all the more special. We would highly recommend Hattie’s Place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway—and we would definitely stay again!

This is a perfect spot for exploring Wabasha! Walkable to almost every attraction and restaurants and pubs. We initially couldn’t get the apartment cool and when we messaged her she got back to us quickly. (Wall units, not central air). I can’t think of a single thing we needed during our stay. If we come back to the area we’d most definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect little gem!! House had a beautiful view of the river and bluffs, right in the heart of Fountain City. The house was super clean, had everything we needed, and the added bonus was that the floors must have been very well insulated because putting our babies to bed upstairs, you couldn’t hear anything happening downstairs! There was a private back yard for our dog to run around in as well which was perfect. Would definitely recommend and I hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the view of the river, even saw a river cruise boat and several barges. The grands loved the room with 5 beds and the huge shower! Will definitely stay here again!

Lorne’s place was absolutely spectacular. We stayed here for a motocross race about 35 mins away. This was such a peaceful property - with beautiful views including the farm animals! Lorne was a wonderful host and even gave my son a tour of the property and let him catch a goat to hold. Lorne’s restaraunt just down the road really tops off the whole experience. I highly recommend especially for other moto riders visiting for Spring Creek and be sure to grab a bite - breakfast, lunch or dinner, at the restaurant!

We stayed the weekend for a wedding and had a wonderful experience! We were specifically looking for a dog-friendly place, and their home checked all the boxes. Doug and Cara were incredibly friendly and responsive both before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house is perfect for anyone who appreciates the unique feel of older homes. It was cozy and functional, and the master bedroom, where we stayed, was spacious with plenty of room to set up our two dog kennels! One thing to note: you do need to walk through the master bedroom to access the second bedroom, and the second room doesn’t have a door. This wasn’t an issue for us, but sharing for guests who may need more privacy. Overall, a great stay in a cozy and pet-friendly home. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay, both the house and Wabasha. The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Lots of space and seating areas. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants, the river, downtown, and the eagle center. We look forward to coming back again!

So when we pulled up I thought we had the wrong address. I just assumed from the look of the place and the name that this was a stand alone cabin. It was exactly like the photos show and we had a great time being all together instead of in 3 different hotel rooms! Loved the poker table to play games!! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the valley. It was a quiet moment that helped make our trip relaxing. Local restaurants are enjoyable, but are a short drive away. We came here to "get away" and we did. I would stay here again.
