A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata offers. Juan was always in communication with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket a block away and, of course, the beach. I'd come back here without a second thought!

We have stayed in Mar Del plata many times to visit our son and this is our favorite now! The only thing I would say that might be helpful is to put cleaning supplies in one place easy to find and maybe have two bath towels per guest instead of one. The boiler quit a couple of times but we received help from the hosts right away when we called and after instructions were able to restore it ourselves. The place had modern appliances and nice furniture and a comfy bed. The building is secure and the view is wonderful! Muchas Gracias!!

This Airbnb was great, awesome location to go to the beach and walk around. The host was so responsive and the rental was great, very clean! Would stay here again!

Very comfortable place, the house is incredible and surrounded by trees and has a lot of privacy. Mariana and Agustín's attention was very good and fast. We were 7 of us and we were more than well stayed.

The house in the chacra is dreamed of. For lovers of privacy, tranquility, the sea and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal space. It offers incredible views, for its oceanfront location and, as if it were not enough, the lagoon and pool illuminated, they finish completing the concept. For the discerning ones we love the kitchen, the equipment is perfect. The quality of the tableware/kitchen instruments/ appliances, all super complete added to the bedding, linen, sommiers, the cleanliness of each space, and still the smell of new home and wood, make the experience very enjoyable. The landlords are loving, well predisposed and very respectful. To take into account, the house is located within a chacras field, where there are 60 more houses, but the location of this brand new construction, is away from the rest and makes you feel all the exclusivity and privacy, in the middle of nature. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The bedding and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

The accommodation and the surroundings are spectacular as shown in the photos, everything is new and works perfectly. Juan was attentive and answered our questions right away. The place has comfort details that make the stay much more pleasant than it looks. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. THANK YOU! :)

We were 5 friends and really the house is super comfortable, beautiful area, meters from the beach, places nearby to eat or shop for cooking. Everything spotless, we would definitely come back.

It's such you see in the photos. I would definitely stay at this place again. Loli is a genius always available to my needs. impeccable attention.

The truth is spotless! Unbeatable location! I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. The beautiful resort, the super private beach! I would come back a thousand times over! Thank you Adrian for being super aware of you and your son all the time.

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
