I enjoyed the apartment very much - it was perfect for me. They were very kind and helpful. I could have kicked myself for leaving my one and only phone charging cord on the plane, and without hesitation he offered me his to use while I was there. I was beyond grateful!! Everything about it was great. The only things I will mention (which would not discourage me from staying there again) was that it said in the description breakfast was included, and it was not, there was no welcoming goodie basket with snacks and a bottle of wine as pictured, and on one of the nights, although this is no fault of theirs, sirens. I'm a heavy sleeper and 3 times between 4:00 and 5:00 am sirens screaming down the street. So loud it was as though the windows were open. Being on a major street has it's pros and cons!

Great location: Close to the nature reserve, Casa Rosada, San Telmo, Puente de la Mujer, and other attractions, great view right above the canal. Lots to do within walking distance, off the high traffic of the city, yet very close. Amenities: 24-hour security that recognizes you and greets you. Two coin-op laundry rooms in the building, never had trouble getting an empty machine. Lap pool, dry sauna, we did not use the gym, but looked legit. Everything worked and was as described. Great centennial old port building redone as condos in the 90s, very industrial chic. The indoor sun room as well as the actual outdoor balcony were both great. The place could get a little love, but for the price we paid, we were more than comfortable and happy, and will come again.

Great place to stay.. Very secure place and close to everything. Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires is the right place to stay. Carmen is a wonderful host: very nice and proactive. I will visit this place again.

The building is a 10 minute walk to San Telmo, one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, and overlooks the water and other parts of Puerto Madero. We stayed for a month and got to know the area well. You'll need to get a cab or an Uber to other neighborhoods like Palermo, but that's easy enough and cheap enough to do. The wifi worked great, as did the air conditioning/heating. It's not the Ritz, but it was fine for two of us (even though it's a two bedroom, unless you're bringing very young kids I'd limit occupants to two), and we appreciated being able to swim in the indoor pool and take saunas at will. Our host was very responsive when we asked for things, and met us upon arrival from the airport to show us around the building. It's a very secure building, with 24/7 staffed front desk that buzzes you in and out.

O contato com a Mica foi extremamente fácil e até mesmo dinâmico. Ela um pessoa extremamente atenciosa e solicita, sempre respondeu prontamente. Adorei muito tudo, o apartamento, a comodidade do apartamento, a localização, o bairro. P A única coisa que senti falta foi de um tapete no banheiro, de resto está tudo perfeito!

¡ La cabaña y el lugar son espectaculares ! Rodeado de naturaleza. La anfitrióna sumamente amable, atenta y pre ocupada. Tuvimos una situación fuera de los planes y ajena a su responsabilidad, aunque de alguna manera la involucraba, y de inmediato se puso a disposición para colaborarnos y terminó "salvando" la estadía con "pequeños-grandes" detalles que hacen al todo. ¡ Un lugar maravilloso al que ya empecé a recomendar entre mis contactos !

La pasamos súper bien! El alojamiento es de fácil acceso desde el muelle donde te deja la lancha colectiva (incluye cruzar un puente a pie). La casa es bastante más fresca en comparación al clima de afuera pero con la salamandra o el aire acondicionado se está perfectamente. Silvina y Esteban muy atentos desde las primeras consultas y durante toda la estadía. La zona es muy linda y tranquila y a la vez cerca de almacenes/restaurantes.

Fuimos tres días con mi novia y la pasamos muy bien. Descansamos, cocinamos y fuimos a andar en kayak. Recomendado.

This place is amazing and Gabriela is an incredible host!! She thinks of every detail and goes out and beyond to help make your stay the best it can. The house is great and the pool is awesome. We enjoyed receiving friends and making barbecues. The house is near the river in a great area, near train stations that take you to the city. There's lot of supermarkets and shops nearby. I totally recommend staying in Gabriela's home!

Die Vermieter waren super hilfsbereit und nett, haben uns alles erklärt und konnten auch englisch. Sie Haben uns Fahrräder geliehen, um die Küste zu erkunden. Sie haben sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und waren bei Fragen gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wirklich sicher gefühlt, weil sie direkt nebenan wohnen und die Gegend sehr gut kennen. San Isidro Bajo ist eine super entspannte Gegend mit Zugang zum Wasser, vielen Wegen in Grünanlagen. Außerdem direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen sehr schöne Restaurants und Cafés zum frühstücken, auch (mindestens) ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung sehr ruhig und es ist alles da für eine entspannte Auszeit vom Zentrum von Buenos Aires.

Disfrutamos de un fin de semana muy hermoso. La casa estaba impecable y muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina. Xime, la co anfitriona, fue muy amable y siempre atenta, nos ayudó con el traslado hasta la casa y se aseguró de que no nos faltara nada durante la estadía. Super recomendado todo!

Gusti creó un lugar estupendo, lleno de carácter, cuidado y vida. Es recomendable para ir y descansar, desconectándose de la locura de la vida moderna. Es de fácil acceso y bien equipado. Quedarse acá es un cariño para el alma. Altamente recomendable

Javier is an excellent host. Always responsive and very friendly. He strived to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean, and the location is great. Can accommodate up to three adults (or two adults and two young children) comfortably.

Departamento en una zona privilegiada y segura. Parque cerca, río, circuitos de trote o bicicleta, y muy buenos restaurantes y cafeterías a menos de una cuadra de distancia. El edificio también es seguro, con recepcionista día y noche, llave de seguridad para entrar al edificio y para tomar ascensor o entrar a espacios comunes. Tiene un gimnasio muy completo, y desde ahí una tremenda vista. El departamento cumple con cada detalle de la publicación, se agradece el escritorio para aquellos que trabajamos remoto. A pesar de ser 1 ambiente, es amplio y privado. Anfitriona Cinthia está muy atenta, responde al instante y de manera muy respetuosa y cortés. Una muy buena experiencia para recomendar.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!
