Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Buenos Aires

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was even bigger than we expected which gave us a lot of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you very much.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

We love the accommodation, organized, very well located, next to the Buenos Aires metro, markets, restaurants and sights nearby. The place is very nice and the Host very attentive. Super recommendable!

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Although we were there for a short time, Eugenia's accommodation was very cozy and useful for what we needed. What I appreciate was the attention, he is very kind and answers quickly, he was also flexible with the check-in schedule until the last moment and that helped us a lot. I recommend it!

The stay was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, very well decorated, clean and extremely well located, with easy access to everything. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was attentive from the beginning, welcomed us very well and even shared several valuable tips on tours, restaurants and must-see places in the region. Ideal apartment. Excellent location, with bus stop and subway nearby, places to eat, fairs, etc and in turn quiet. There are supermarkets nearby and a 24hs kiosk on the corner. The apartment itself is very nice clean and cared for, with a kitchen with just the right and necessary for a pleasant stay.
