Todo funcionó a la perfección. Su ubicación es muy conveniente y la casa es perfecta para ir con un grupo grande de amigos. La terraza se disfruta con muchas horas de sol. El living es perfecto para convivir y la calefacción estuvo ideal durante toda la estadía. Gran predisposición por parte de los dueños para colaborar y que contemos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

I would have bought this house if I could as I love it so much, especially this beautiful garden

Our stay at this Airbnb in Argentina was nothing short of exceptional. The home itself is absolutely adorable—impeccably clean, well-maintained, and full of charm. It truly felt like an authentic taste of Argentina, just by being in the space. Adrián, our host, went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. He greeted us warmly, checked in throughout our stay, and made sure every need was met,offering amazing recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and unforgettable local experiences. The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. We've traveled the world and stayed in many places, but this has been, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you Adrian

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos: amplia, luminosa, cómoda y muy bien ubicada en pleno Palermo, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Estaba impecable: la limpieza fue excelente y se nota que cada detalle está cuidado con mucha dedicación. Ideal para grupos o familias, porque hay espacio de sobra y todo funciona perfecto. La anfitriona fue excelente. Siempre disponible, muy atenta y flexible. Incluso nos permitió quedarnos después del horario de check-out, lo cual fue un gran gesto. Definitivamente volveríamos. 100% recomendable.

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

La casa estaba en perfecto estado! Tal cual las fotos. Fueron flexibles con el check in! Súper recomendable!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Hermosa y comoda casa de pasillo. Todo ordenado y limpio. Barrio muy tranquilo, siempre hay lugar para estacionar. Maria es muy atenta y amigable. Lugar seguro y bien iluminado por la noche. Nos encanto. Super recomendable.

hermoso el lugar, el departamento muy lindo, decorado con muy buen gusto, todo funciona perfecto, la zona magnífica, a dos cuadras del metro, supermercados cerca, pizzerias cerca. al ser interno no se escucha los ruidos de la calle. Analia, gran anfitriona, totalmente recomendable

Awesome place to stay and rest

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

El ph cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía larga, aire, TV con Netflix y cocina con horno que funcionó de maravillas. Tuve que sacar este airbnb de un día para el otro y la anfitriona me dejó ingresar un día antes del reservado, haciendo la modificación desde la app, algo que me vino super bien. Del mismo modo, me permitió realizar el check out a un horario más tarde del acordado. Lo valoro porque fue de gran ayuda. Anfitriones super amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. El barrio es precioso. Podes encontrar lugar para estacionar gratis y a menos de 5 cuadras tenes un super mayorista con precios increíbles. Volvería a alquilar este lugar.

Muy linda casa, cómodo vivir con niños. Estaba situada cerca del subte, practico! Nos gustó mucho la casa.

Lugar bonito y cómodo para estar unos días en la ciudad en un sector tranquilo. El lugar es acorde a lo que se muestra (solo añadir q si eres alto el baño puede resultar no muy cómodo). Alvaro muy comunicativo y amable, respondía con prontitud. Por último, el sector esta bien comunicado a la ciudad en transporte público (subte M. Carranza y colectivos) , eso si obviamente las distancias toman mas tiempo. Y que, los pagado por el lugar, valió la pena.

Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

Ótimo lugar para quem vai em grupo. Acomoda confortavelmente umas 12 pessoas. Casa tem um quintal com churrasqueira que é um charme e muito útil para dias com chuvas e almoço com a galera. Possui três banheiros com água quente (um em uma suíte) e funcionando perfeitamente. Há um supermercado quase na esquina. Enfim, a casa foi um conforto para todos. Com certeza voltaria se precisar de um lugar grande pra ficar. Adorei!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Sofia Yasmin, no solo se ocupó de que sus huéspedes tengan una excelente estadía, estuvo atenta a las consultas y siempre coordinó para atendernos. Muchos lugarcitos hermosos, pero el plus acá fue ese olorcito a hogar. Gracias. Ya la recomendamos y de seguro volveremos.

Una casa muy bonita y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario, buena zona, todo muy limpio y ordenado, ideal para una familia.

Great spot for a group. We were 6 people and each had their own room. There are a lot of stairs, so this won’t work for someone who has difficulty with them. Beautiful place with a great rooftop. Nice hosts and good cleaning staff. Felt safe. Not super quiet but I still got good sleep! A great stay for several weeks in BsAs. Recommend booking!

Great location with plenty of walkable restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. Short cab ride to other attractions or popular neighborhoods. Very spacious and uniquely designed interior. The pictures accurately depict the house. Sofia and the team were always very responsive and helpful with any inquires. I would definitely recommend a stay.
