This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. A gorgeous house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, 5 blocks from vibrant Palemo Soho Plaza Serrano. As you enter the house on the ground floor there is a hall, then a nice living room with fireplace, plus dining room, all looking to a nice courtyard full of plants, with a barbecue. The kitchen and a toilett complete the ground floor and then a staircase brings you to the bedrooms. On the 1st floor the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtube. Other 2 bedrooms might have one queen or 2 twin beds . There is another full bathroom with an open prebathroom, 2 lavatories, and a bathtube. Finally there is an office that could also be a 4th bedroom with 2 twin bed. On the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous playroom with 3 single beds for larger groups and 2 nice terraces with tables and sunbeds to hang out in the sun. Besides a small bathroom with shower, plus laundry including washing machine and dryer. The house easily accommodates 8 persons, up to 11 considering 3 beds in the playroom. There is Wi Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living and dining room and playroom. And 2 LCDs 45"and 32” TV with cable, between other services. Maid service: 8 hours a week.

BIG STUDIO WITH SPACIOUS TERRACE

My apartment is really well located, near the mall, two blocks from Corrientes Avenue and close to subway stations and buses. The Obelisco is only 5 minutes by subway and we are near many other attractions, such as The Colon Theatre, San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Palermo, etc. You will be staying in a spacious studio which also counts with a complete kitchen, a privated bathroom and really big terrace with a huge grill where you can cook an Argentine barbecue. You will have a great time in BA
