Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Buddina

My extended family and I have stayed here twice now and we definitely intend to keep coming back. It’s honestly perfect. The home is clean, very well thought out design, has wonderful spaces for the children, as well as the adults. Jacinta & Michelle’s communication is excellent too! It’s also the little things. The tablets for the dishwasher that are abundant, the laundry powder, the coffee machine with fresh coffee beans, and a wonderful welcome hamper upon arrival. Me and my family hope to make it a yearly thing to visit Jacinta’s place.

A fantastic modern house that has plenty of room and all the amenities. Walking distance to the water front areas, cafes and shopping centre. Excellent option for families!

Incredible stay! The place is beautiful, better than the pictures and it feels very secluded, yet close to everything. It's spotless and super well organized. The kitchen is by far the best equipped Airbnb we have ever been to, it felt like we were at home! Can't thank Rachael for all the little touches that made the stay so easy and enjoyable! We hope to stay again!

The accomodation was exactly what we needed for a family of six. Had a great open feel, plenty of room and space for everyone and close to family which was great for us. You won’t need anything- it’s all there just grab some groceries and you’re set.

Lovely stay at Niki's home. The house was in a great location. You couldn't get closer to the dam and walking trails. The house had everything you need if travelling with kids toys, dishes, high chairs and a cot that was set up for us, while still feeling like an adult getaway. Our fur baby enjoyed it too, with lots of room to run around in the fully fenced backyard and being allowed inside with her very own bed. Will be back again in summer so we can swim in the dam ☺️

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

Absolutely magical stay, we didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful space that had everything we needed! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kids loved the pool, kitchen was really well equipped and the location was perfect for us as we had a wedding right around the corner. 5 mins from the beach and cafes too. Will hopefully be back for another weekend stay soon!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was just as described. Probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in - everything was spotless. The water park was perfect for the kids. Oaks Oasis put on kids entertainment over the weekend (magician on Saturday afternoon and water rocket making on Sunday morning). Was lovely to be able to buy snacks by the pool. Was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had with two small kids.

Stayed for 5 nights for a girls time away. Apartment is very comfortable in every way. Good kitchen ( not that we cooked). Comfy beds with great bathrooms with everything you would need. Only downside is in the second bedroom the foyer light is on 24 hours and the window coverings don’t block the light sufficiently. Hard to get used to when you’re used to a dark room. But certainly not a deal breaker. Lovely decor and the position was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful garden and pool and beach was literally 20 steps away. Through a beach path. Perfect for a young family. Parking is under building and is very tight and difficult to get in and out of if you have a large car. Otherwise I would recommend to anyone. And I would definitely stay again next time I visit.

Great location with fantastic views, perfect to sit, relax and unwind. Fully appointed kitchen to prepare your own meals, or lots of great options nearby to eat out. Easy walk to the shops, supermarket, Sunday markets, riverfront, beaches, restaurants and cafes. Had a great stay. Thanks Mark and Emma.

Best place we've stayed in Sunshine Coast and we can't wait to return and stay again. This place is an absolute treasure and Tracey (who we met at check-in) was brilliant and gave us some extra local recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds which we greatly appreciated. Apartment is exactly as per the photos, but the incredible decor also creates such a beautifully calm space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking and great pool / jacuzzi area which also has a BBQ area. Simply brilliant.

I had a great stay! The place was spotlessly clean, really comfortable, and in an ideal location — close to everything I needed. The host was super helpful and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Loved our stay! Gorgeous interior design and very functional for our family of 5 - the two bathrooms was especially great. Note there is a 90 degree view as it is a side apartment, but lovely all the same. The only thing that detracted from the setting was the derelict house next door.

Excellent stay, communication and check in super simple, really lovely place with everything needed and nice touches like beach towels, clothes rack and good tips for local eats etc. Location outstanding, close to great eats, not too far from beach but also options to get onto trails in the national park away from all the crowds closer to the main beach. Recommend.

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. Absolutely fantastic location and accommodation! We loved our stay. Rachael and the team were amazing to deal with and very helpful. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. We will certainly be looking to come back next time we are in Noosa!

Tim and Kim’s place is well located being within walking distance to Hastings Street, the shops in the opposite direction, the beach and the national park. The bed is extremely comfortable and the showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. The condo contains all the equipment you need to prepare a meal. The cleanliness has to be balanced against the age of the apartment, meaning that it is as clean as it can be for an apartment of its age. If you’re wanting a sparkling, recently renovated apartment this one isn’t that. We enjoyed the facilities of the complex - the sauna and table tennis. We would happily stay in this apartment again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
