Holiday rentals with a patio in Buda

just back from our stay in Kati and Gergely's place. The apartment was excellent. We were a two minute walk to a tram and bus line. We travelled with a toddler and a baby and the hosts could not have been more accomodating with travel cots, a baby bath, a high chair etc. it hugely helped with the stress of packing. Budapest is a must visit city and this is a perfect place to stay when doing that. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. felt like a residential area but so accessible to the main sites of the city.

Beautiful, clean and cozy apartment. Fantastic location near great restaurants, bars, supermarkets and coffee shops. Flexible check-in, no complaints! Everything was top notch and the apartment is within walking distance of many attractions.

From the moment we stepped into this apartment, we knew that we had found something truly special. Every detail has been carefully curated and the result is nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an incredibly spacious, light-filled living space that exudes comfort and modern luxury. The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and huge windows create a truly stunning atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and inviting. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. There were candles, fruit and wine on arrival and our hosts could not have done more to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. There is a little balcony that overlooks a really pretty street below that is full of so many bars and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. This apartment is an absolute gem—luxurious, convenient, and truly one-of-a-kind. We loved it so much we have already booked our next stay! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

We had a beautiful stay at Ritas place. She is very good at communicating and the place was clean and had everything you need for a week. She welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates. Good area, bus stop and supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. If there is one thing that could be improved, it's some new fluffy pillows. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Thank you, Rita!

Nice apartment in an incredibly central location - 3 minute walk to tons of transit, 5-10 minute walk to Jewish quarter, 5 minute walk to the Danube river - but it's incredibly quiet in the apartment. Great stay.

Amazing host and very responsive. Fruzsina’s place was easy to find and the location was apt to the metro and bus stops! Shops close by and eateries very accessible. She was proactive in suggesting important amenities around. It was a comfortable stay !

Rather satisfied with this apartment. Very easy access and parking space in the basement. Good bedding. Close to public transport and rather quiet in the evening. The table area is just a little small. Regarding the bathroom, there was a slightly unpleasant smell with the washing machine that does not seem to be maintained, in addition, I found a wipe in it. The tile joints also looked a little dirty. Nothing too serious in the end, but it doesn't really match the term "luxury" in the ad title.

Julian and Sophie’s cottage was nothing short of perfect. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage. It’s set in a very peaceful and green location, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle yet still conveniently close to the city centre. The amenities were top-notch and everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. What stood out most was the hospitality, Julian and Sophie were incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. If you’re looking for a private retreat with easy access to urban conveniences, I’d highly recommend this place. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Very nice house, with a big heart :) Everything inside was so clean, communication was fast and helpful. It's perfect location for people who are looking for peaceful piece of garden and also it's so near to busy Budapest :)

Everything is as described, impeccable. It's a great stay. Be careful when you enter the address in google maps, because there are two streets with the same name in Budapest.

I felt very comfortable and, what was important to me, safe in the small apartment! Very clean, modern and tastefully designed home. I highly recommend it!

Everything was very good! The house big and clean, like at the photos. The yard is also big, a good surprise was that there were a lot of toys, scooter, children bikes. The owner of the place is very nice and answered quickly. It was an issue with a roller blinds - they were not working on the first floor. Andras came and was trying to fix them several times. When he understood that he could not make it he presented us a bottle of a good wine. It was a great gesture. And one more thing, we thought that we rent the whole house, but appeared that the owner also lease one room that is situated a bit separate. So we were not alone and it was surprise for us 😀 Maybe it was said somewhere and I missed it, but nevertheless. Everything else was great! I will recommend this place!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

CUKI, DOWNTOWN Y WITH CHOCOLATE! What more could you ask for? We arrived and the first thing we thought was, “This is a 10/10 in every way!” New, clean, modern apartment with a brutal location in the heart of downtown Budapest. But what stole our heart was the detail: some welcome chocolate bars. Patricia, the host, a total charm. Super attentive and attentive to everything we could need. Thank you Patricia! The apartment has it ALL: Dryer, coffee maker (with coffee included, obvious), pots, pans, air, heating, terrace… until it seemed like if you said “I fancy a tea” I was ready in the kitchen! The only mini but? At 7:30 AM some neighbors began to do works and stones fell from the upstairs floor (yes, as you read it, stones!). But that was the fault of urban karma, not the accommodation. Conclusion: We will return to Budapest and if there is room… we book here again with our eyes closed! Ideal place for sightseeing, lounging and feeling

We loved staying at Mili Ville! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Clean, quiet, well stocked kitchen, great location. Responsive host. She gave us easy to follow instructions as well. What an amazing space in the perfect location. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The patio space is wonderful and very peaceful overlooking the courtyard-hard to believe you are in the busy city! Would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Budapest.

Superior accommodation location! Just be careful when opening the window, as mosquitoes may fly into the room And the mattress is a little too soft But the overall accommodation experience is still pretty good!

This is a full-function home-like apartment, with enough space for getting some peaceful rest after a day tour. Bed is cozy, that is very important for me to take a full rest at night. The other highlight is the management team’s prompt responsiveness is really helpful on my inquiries, for asking for a taxi to drive us to the airport. That ensured me to catch up the flight timely. I hi go by recommend you plan to stay here when visiting Budapest.
