Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bucks County

This place worked great for our stay which included two adults and one dog. The location was quiet and convenient for dog walking and the people we encountered in the neighborhood were friendly. A big bonus for us was having a Whole Foods about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed having a nice, quiet place to come back to after enjoying the city attractions during the day.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Marsha and John’s cozy cottage is a magical oasis that was one of the best stays We’ve ever had. The hospitality we received felt like a family member who loves you and wants you to have the time of your life, and we did! Marsha has any whim you could possibly imagine covered and then some! The grounds and gardens were so beautiful with a lot of options to enjoy like a fire pit (with every need covered), bird baths/houses for bird watching and covered seating even in the rain. The cottage is immaculately clean and full of detail and charm. The spa area is completely stocked with luxury soaps, hair care products, and any type of towel you could ever want. I am so grateful to Marsha and John and made so many memories during our stay! This is a GEM!

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

The house was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay for our family of 6 when we were in town for a wedding.

Ram was super accommodating to us, setting up a crib and highchair for our son, and even getting us batteries for his favorite toy.

This is the perfect spot for a large family or friends' gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone while feeling very cozy. It is quiet and private with a gorgeous view of the the water and landscape.

The river house was beautiful and clean, just as described. The view of the river was amazing! We were able to enjoy a bike ride on the canal towpath, which was so easy to access. Even with the rainy weather, it was a great stay with plenty to do in the area. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, which was super helpful. Clean nice place, and close to a trail and park!

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay here. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Elyce adds her own personal touch to your stay. We will definitely consider staying at The Weekender again in the future! Sidewalk access was a definite plus, especially if you are looking to go into town for food and drink. Everything is very is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and having coffee out on the balcony. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this place!

We had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The place was a bit nicer than anticipated from the photos. Its a lovely neighborhood wih plenty of parking on a wide street. Seems safe. Close to the main streets with shops and restaurants. Mark was immediate with his responses to our questions and accomodating. We would stay here again!

Ryan’s home was beautiful and extremely clean. I was finding an airbnb very last minute and he was able to help me. Very sweet and professional guy always there when needed and replied to messages really quickly. thank you again for your help. Definitely 100% would book in the future.

Carla's place was spotless and had everything I needed for the weekend! The pond out front is lovely. I slept very peacefully. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The living/dining area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Carla met me when I arrived and showed me around. There are spare linens, extra blankets, towels, etc. right where you need them. There are separate ac/heat units for the bedroom and living area with remote controls so I could keep both places at the perfect temperature. Carla gave me a great list of local restaurants for lunch with a friend. The cottage is only 10 minutes to the beautiful Nockamixon State Park. Because I was there to do a triathlon, Carla left protein snacks in the fridge for me! So thoughtful!

A very peaceful and private place all within a 10 minute drive of restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed for three weeks while on the road for work and it was nice to have a quiet place to drive to after work and relax before bedtime. The house had plenty of room and came with a full kitchen, a large bathroom with double sinks and laundry. Also, the house was stocked with amenities and toiletries, which is a bonus when traveling. Stew was a commutative host, via messaging and although I had doubts about staying at a place where the owner is staying at the separate main house on the property, I never felt like he was checking up on us...The last thing I want after working 80-hour work weeks is feeling obligated to talk to the host. Another bonus for me after growing up on a farm in Wisconsin, is having chickens running around while watching them on the wraparound porch. I never saw the potbelly pigs, but I'm definitely going to look up this place again next Spring, so maybe then...

TL’s place is a spacious basement unit. Great hot water, useful washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed! The family lives upstairs, and the floor is a little thin, but you feel right at home. TL was very helpful and flexible with my stay. I would stay again next time I’m in Philadelphia!

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!

Stellar host and fantastic experience! I love this place so much I booked it again very quickly as I had to work in Philly. This place is 30 minutes away from Center City. I have extremely sensitive ears and can hear the slightest noise and I couldn’t hear traffic, as the place is well insulated. Kale is very quiet like me. I heard the door open once and it’s the only indication that he is there. If I’m working in Philly, I’ll be back here as much as possible. Highly, highly recommend and it’s one my favorite places to stay!!

Pat was terrific. Quickly responded to all of our questions. Home was well appointed and clean. Perfect for our family weekend! Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay would stay again if I could

Marek is great and we enjoyed our stay there. He is accommodating and provided us an extra cot bed. The place is nice and homey and you can sometimes see deer in the nearby forest which is lovely. Just keep in mind there is no heaters/AC as far as I know, so it can get cold in the Winter and you should ask to be provided something to keep it warm.

Great and very clean home modern look inside. Exactly as advertised. Bathroom was the highlight of the whole place.
